Bienvenue à Forest Ridge! Ce condo merveilleusement aménagé est situé non seulement dans l'une des communautés les plus recherchées prÚs de Loon Mountain, mais est proche de tout ce que notre communauté a à offrir. Offrant une vue panoramique depuis le pont et un club-house sur place plein d'équipements, cette spacieuse unité de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains se trouve à seulement deux minutes de Loon, à 25 minutes de Cannon et de la vallée de Waterville et à 40 minutes de route de Bretton Woods. Ne laissez pas celui-ci glisser entre vos doigts! 4 adultes + 2 enfants dorment confortablement. Navettes gratuites pour Loon Mountain toutes les 15 minutes pendant la saison de ski. Nous accepterons la location pour la saison de ski pour 2018-2019.

This was probably one of the best VRBOS I have stayed at the location was perfect. Close to everything, including stores and sightseeing, but also tucked away so there was privacy. The owner was so nice. He so responsive and thorough in his communication that check in was a breeze. There were so many amenities in this listing it had everything you needed. I would happily stay here again it was perfect for our family weekend getaway!

All was well except the prearrival cleaner had not come, but told the owner that they did. I had to strip beds, sweep, clean bathroom sinks and toilets. The owner got a cleaner for the next afternoon. What is VRBOs role in this? If the owner lives far this can be difficult but VRBO seems to have no role.

NH mountain stay

The home was cozy with lots of space. The heat worked well and turned on quickly. Access to the house was seamless and communication from the host and with the host was top notch. The location was also prime time, 3 mins to Loon mountain and downtown center area with restaurants. Had everything we needed in terms of tv options, laundry, sleeping space, etc. Only area for improvement was there was no toilet paper when we arrived and there were some left over ant traps presumably from the summer. House is dated, but we were there to ski so not a big deal. Thanks for the stay, we really enjoyed our time there as a family!!

Perfect location and amenities

This is a beautiful, clean and well appointed condo. The location is within minutes of several restaurants and stores with some within walking distance on nice days. The shuttle to Loon (only 5 min away) is a real bonus, stopping directly in front of the unit. Aprés ski was wonderful in front of the gas fireplace, relaxing tired muscles. The hosts are responsive, helpful and welcoming. We all enjoyed our week in Lincoln and skiing Loon.

Excellent weekend in Lincoln

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lincoln and were very happy with this Condo. Great first floor end unit . The proximity to Loon was super convenient. It is well appointed and comfortable . The owners were awesome to work with and always willing to answer any questions we had. We would definitely want to rent here again.

Property is beautiful. Clean which is first on my list ! Owner was responsive and checked in to see if everything was going ok. Everything you need is there and the unit is within a short distance of restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect location

Great weekend celebrating a Birthday. Perfect location for snowboarding and skiing Loon. Close to shops, and restaurants. Communication with owner was great. Shuttle to and from mountain was helpful, as parking lots filled up. Beds were comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything we could need. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic condo for family getaway

Property was welcoming and clean. Well furnished and equipped. We did not utilize the swimming pool/health club passes this time but great to have them available to renters. This was our second stay and look forward to the next time. Keiji did a fantastic job communicating and checking in during our stay to ensure everything was going well. Excellent host!

Great Spot for Family

Great location with easy access to the Kanc and Franconia notch state park. The house has all the facilities that one may need for a family and is very spacious. Nice quiet condo complex that I would recommend for families.

October Mini Getaway

Keiji was an excellent host. The unit is beautiful and well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Keiji helped navigate a minor issue with thoughtfulness and excellent communication. Very quiet unit and fantastic for families.

Beautiful and comfortable Condo

Condo was clean and comfortable, more roomy then appeared online. Plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. Condo was very well equipped with cookware etc... Kids really enjoyed playing on the chess and checkers table. Nice quiet porch to sit and sip coffee in the morning. We love this location and would definitely stay again!!

Super clean and excellent location

We absolutely loved our stay in Forest Ridge! The proximity to Loon Mountain was perfect and the shuttle service was such a huge bonus. The condo was so clean and had all of the amenities we could ask for. Keurig coffee kcups, plenty of towels and the beds were so comfortable! My kids (9 and 10) have never slept so late, we really loved how dark all of the rooms were with the window treatments so we could all sleep in. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying with kids or a group and wanting to ski Loon. The spa was closed which was kind of a bummer but that’s probably due to Covid. Would definitely stay here again, thank you for a super enjoyable stay!
