Large, comfortable family room with open floor plan including the living room, dining and kitchen. Recent improvements included dishwasher, stove, a king size bed, a 3rd TV and recliners! Easy beach access, WIFI, Outside shower, HVAC, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, cable TV, and stereo. Restaurants, shopping, parks and more just minutes away. No Pets. No Smoking. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. 2 night minimum rates available in Value/Spring and 3 nights in Resort Seasons. Please call our office to inquire. Great house on the beach

We enjoyed a few days of beach bonfires, sun and sand. Beautiful location

Relaxing house

It was an older property but that didn't bother me. Comfortable rockers on the porch. A/C kept it nice and cold. Plenty of ceiling fans. The king size bed was comfortable. Living room furniture was comfortable. Having two recliners was a plus! The beach had a dune to go over, so the view was not what I thought it would be and the walk to the beach was a little more than I expected. My husband has a bad back and could not get down to the beach because of the hill.It was homey and we really enjoyed ourselves!

Fun in the sun

There was roaches upon and during stay thru our house !! Called property management and they never got back to me !! Location was good fully equipped kitchen Linen service was great !!

Could be cute cottage

There are many updates that this property needs. LR furniture cushions worn /torn/very uncomfortable. Old bed mattresses, need new ones. need new blinds, BR I stayed in had missing slats, had to buy a curtain to cover up. Outside shower handle broken off, could not use at all. Need Bigger TVs. This place could be very charming, but needs some work done on it. More comfortable seating on deck..for adults

Miss leading!!! Did not stay!

Arrived after a 5 hour drive. Oceanfront and beach access closed due to construction on beach. 5+ bulldozers and dump trucks on beach. Lots and lots of noise. BTW WE PAID 1040.00 FOR 3 NIGHTS! Had my 12 son and mother with me. (My father passed away in the fall. This was the 1st beach my mother has every took with out him.) Stated she would rather go back home than to stay at this location. I returned keys back to real estate company within an hour of picking them up. Had to find another place stay and PAID ANOTHER 1200.00 Left messages for real estate company as soon as seeing the construction. Also emailed. Remember we did not stay. Took company 4 calls and emails from me before speaking with manager. Refund was a joke. We paid 1040.00 she refunded 300.00 also we made another 1200.00 at another location. If I was the manager of this location I would be embarrassed of myself and the company I was employed with. The only right thing to do was refund total amount. We booked oceanfront for a reason and it was not BULLDOZERS AND DUMP TRUCKS!!! If I was the family that owned the vacation home I would be finding a different rental company to care for my guess!! So basically 1040.00 paid 300.00 refund. Paid another 1200.00. So this mini vac cost us 1940.00 for lodging. I emailed manager last Thursday about not being satisfied with this. No response. Emailed again on Monday with a understanding she could not help me and I would like to speak with district manager or owner of company. It is not Wednesday. I have been home from our vacation for 7 days. I will never ever use the vacation rental place again.

It’s old as pictures show, but beds comfortable, water was hot once we figured out plumbing had reversed hot and cold knobs, and kitchen had what we needed. Only disappointment was at time of our visit there wasn’t direct access to beach from home’s walkway-stairs. We knew there was beach renewal going on, but never havinG seen this before we didn’t realize it built dunes up between end of the homes stairs to beach, and the actual beach. ( we thought the walkway would go over beach work) . Walking on these dunes was not allowed so we had to walk down 4 houses to public access.
