Great view and set up. We had a girl trips here with 7 of us and it was perfect. Having a bathroom is every room was super nice. The beach access was great too, literally a 4 min walk to the beach if that!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach. Pool table was fun. Nice to have bathrooms in each room. Could use some updating but still overall very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Beach Weekend

We had a lovely birthday weekend getaway at Lincoln City. The house was comfortable and clean with a beautiful ocean view and a convenient, short walk to the beach. We had fun playing pool and had everything we needed for making fun memories.

Overall was ok

House was good. Beds were small, and there were MASSIVE spiders in the house. We killed 5 the first day. They were giant. Definitely need an exterminator to come do something. Beds were small furniture was older. But kitchen was stocked well, there were games and nice having a bathroom on every room but wish there was an extra bathroom in main area

Great house for families

We loved the deck. We could block it off and the kids could play safely there. Very hilly area so streets are tough. Simple home that has nice open spaces for the kids to play. Really liked the fact that each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Very close to beach

The home was big and so close to the beach. It had all amenities of a regular home; however, if staying for more than two nights, the beds are hard. We have a big family and it served our purpose, and I would recommend as we go to the Oregon coast for the experience.

Great location. Great View. Big bed rooms. But...

We stayed here for over a week. There was plenty of supply's such as TP, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Good sizes bed rooms with bathroom's in each. No family bathroom(must go in someone's bedroom to shower, etc..) Great ice maker in fridge. Bathrooms were clean. Love the layered floors. The deck will be nice when it is usable(almost done). There was IKEA / click-clack style and out dated furniture (Livingroom and bedrooms). Bring a large frying pan(all other pans are here), dollar store clay plates-silverware, the stove did not work properly. Bedding smelled like a lot of perfume. The clothing dryer did not have heat. Pressboard pool table looks good in the picks. So much potential!

Great Location and big rooms

The house was located perfectly. We walked to the beach with 6 kids. It was so close. The bedrooms were large and spacious.. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and that’s always a plus for me!! A few bumps in the road with the house but overall I would stay there again.

Not recommended. Pictures and advertising deceptive

I chose this property because of its location and its amenities. While the property’s location is great, I would not recommend this property because the furnishings are old and broken, the dirty widows prevent enjoyment of any view, and their advertising is deceptive - they out right lied about having a hot tub on the VRBO listing. Upon booking, I emailed the property management, noting that I selected this property because of the hot tub and pool table. The management NEVER corrected me about the property not having a hot tub, though I learned upon arrival that there was no hot tub. Regarding the furnishings, if you stay here you can expect to find broken bar stools, a hole in the living room sofa, and lumpy mattresses. The general condition of everything in the home is old and worn out, from the furnishings to the carpet and the dishes. Unfortunately, management did not seem that concerned about the deceptive advertising on VRBO or the hole in the sofa – Customer service is not their priority. While the kids had fun playing pool, the pool table is in the garage and there was no comfortable seating for the family to all enjoy time together down there. Given the deceptive advertising, poor furnishings and poor customer service, I would not stay here again and do not recommend this property to others.

Had a great time

First off I would like to say that the home was in a great location, and easy to find. With three master suites every one had all of the privacy they needed. My family and I made great memories here on our trip. Next I will say that all of the beds and futons were SUPER uncomfortable for all of us, young and older! Couch had a huge hole where the springs stuck out. This was covered in the photo by a slip cover but when you sat down you sure knew!! Also a can opener would have been great but maybe some one before us helped themselves to it.

Great multi-generational vacation house!

Great weekend in November! Weather was perfect and the house was so relaxing! Just a couple blocks from the beach, we were able to enjoy walking along the beach a couple of times but also enjoyed just sitting and enjoying the views from the living room as well! Kids enjoyed the pool table and we all enjoyed the spaciousness and being able to spread out around the house! Overall was a very relaxing weekend!

Beautiful beach experience

We loved the location . It was a short walk to the most beautiful beach . When we weren't at the beach we loved looking out the windows at the view of the ocean.

Beautiful location

Very nice home. Quite comfortable. Somewhat short on silverware but we just ran the dishwasher more often. Would have liked a newer updated toaster oven. Good setup for three couples and kids. Had no problem with wifi and dvd player. Dining table expands so we ate on one end and put puzzels together on the other.

Uncomfortable beds and sofas

The house is spacious with good location and great views, but the furnishings are very poor. The beds are hard and the sofa and futon in the lounge are hard, lumpy and in poor condition. My whole family complained that they didn't sleep well and they couldn't even relax and watch a movie on rainy days because there was no comfortable place to sit. I am sorry to say we would only return if the furnishings were improved.
