Thank you for mentioning the ocean views and the whale and dolphin sightings; I'm so glad those were highlights of your stay. I appreciate the detailed feedback and want you to know we’re taking these concerns seriously. We replaced a GFCI outlet, hoping that would resolve the hot water/electrical issues. When it did not, we arranged for an electrician to visit the home this month and they resolved all electrical issues. We completed a full safety inspection of the stairs, including measuring each step, testing the hand rails, putting weight on each step, and it did pass each of our safety tests. Our hot tub team completed a full drain, fill, and sanitization of the hot tub to ensure it's in tip top shape. Our housekeeping team is doing to complete a deep clean of the kitchen and replace any cookware that is not in usable condition.
