Perfect for family beach getaway

Great location and easy walk to beach and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. Plenty of room for our family with 2 teens and in-laws. In-laws loved the 1st floor and proximity to the beach

Wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful property! The location to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. was perfect! Katelyn was a wonderful host and was very responsive whenever I reached out. The layout and cleanliness of the condo was top-notch. It was very homey and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again !

Cozy location near the beach

I have nothing to complain about this property. Close to the beach, restaurants, grocery, etc... The kitchen has all type of equip such as coffee machine, air fryer, grill, etc... I was glad that I found this house. I will definite come back to stay at this property.

Wonderful week!

Our family had a fabulous week. The weather was great. It rained one day but there is a lot to do in the city and Katelyn’s place was rainy-day friendly. The condo was spectacular. The layout was very nice. We especially liked that the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the condo. If we come back to OC, we will definitely come when Katelyn’s condo is available!

OCMD condo

Condo was perfect for our family of four, which includes two teens. Close and convenient walk to the beach, restaurants, miniature golf, and shopping. Unit was very clean and included a lot of essentials. Katelyn was a very responsive host. Would consider renting again. Thank you.

Perfect

Absolutely top notch from check in to check out. This property is perfectly located, perfectly set up, and a joy to stay in. Booking was a breeze, communication was first class, and the location near so many attractions meant I could park my truck, and leave it still all week. Comfortable beds and furniture, great deck furniture, and all the needs you could want- even going home with ZERO DIRTY LAUNDRY. I would recommend this place to you without hesitation and in a split second. My only fear at this point is that word will get out and I will have troubles booking again.

Lovely stay!!!

I really don’t have anything bad to say! The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the location is great. I had an absolutely terrible booking with a different host, and this host welcomed me and my family from the day of booking! She was in communication with me about her place. It was especially accommodating to our pre-teens and teens. Everything was easy self check-in, the house was clean and cozy, and plenty of space for our family of 6. The beach is just a few steps away, and not overly crowded, even on the holiday weekend. Wonderful location, close to several shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores! The security system (although the host told us how to easily deactivate it) gave our family a lot of peace of mind and made our children feel safe (they watch too much horror). Wonderful stay all around. I highly highly recommend this stay!!

Owner Disappoints

Property was super cute. Concerned about the cleanliness. There was a crusty rag on the floor in laundry room when I arrived. I didn’t over think it as I am not a nit picky person. However, when I left the owner put a claim in for excessive cleaning. I swept everything the night before, cleaned the microwave (as my daughter made a small mess in it) wiped off the counters, cleared out all trash and cleaned all dishes. I paid a cleaning fee when I booked so I did not feel I needed to do more than I did. Owner said it took over 3 hrs to clean because cabinets were sticky and food was embedded in the couch. My daughter and I literally checked the couches as we were packing up as we were on a search for lost pacifiers. Absolutely no food “embedded” in them. That was a straight lie and very frustrating for someone to say I disrespected her property like that. She told me it usually takes a hour and a half to clean. Is it being properly sanitized? Then I was wondering about the type of cleaning that is done between guests? Are we not usually wiping down cabinets? What does my cleaning fee go towards? She was well aware there were little ones staying there. I read great reviews about her but I’m wondering about them. This lady made us out to be slobs and I was beyond taken back.

We loved everything about our stay at this property!

We had the best trip with our family! Katelyn was amazing and very communicative. The property was clean and very well taken care of! Location was perfect and the beaches weren’t crowded at all! They even had some items we needed for our young children already there. We make so many memories and cannot wait to go back again!

Had a great few days at the beach in this condo! Location is very convenient to the actual beach and all of the things to do in OC. Perfect for families traveling with small children and it had everything that we needed for our stay!

The perfect place!

The condo was as described/pictured. Had enough room for our family of 5, very close to the beach which wasn't crowded at all (BONUS POINTS!) and close enough to walk to restaurants/mini golf. The 'no key' door lock was wonderful! We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect for families!

Such a cute place to stay! Excellent property for families. The kids’ bedroom is adorable and there are plenty of beach toys available. The outdoor foot rinse area makes it super easy to get rid of sand before heading back inside. Easy to walk to mini golf, the ice cream shop, and multiple restaurants. Best of all is the ability to get out onto the beach so quickly and without crossing any streets. We had a great vacation!

Memories for a lifetime.

We love Ocean City and had to come back. The property is steps away from the beach and made it possible to go back and forth for bathroom and meal breaks. Our favorite restaurant was across the street and the area was quiet and comfortable. Katelyn was an excellent host and always responded to our messages. We have four children and we were perfectly comfortable. When out on the balcony, you can hear the waves. You can see beautiful sunsets as well. Sunrise on the beach is exceptional. This is well recommended!
