Great beachfront property

This condo was very clean with a spacious layout and great ocean view from the patio. We ate all of our meals on the large patio looking out at the ocean.

My family loved the outside balcony!! the beautiful view of the beach from the balcony is just so awesome. The condo was very nicely furnished the kitchen had everything you possibly could want to cook with definitely a kitchen to cook in if you wanted to. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great.

This unit was exactly what we were looking for - right on the beach, great views, and a large porch. It’s in the quieter North part of OC with lots of good restaurant choices. Second floor so easy to take the stairs but there’s an elevator too. Everything you need in the kitchen to eat in, with a table on the porch that seats four. Your choice of regular coffee pot or Keurig for your morning coffee on the porch. Definitely recommend a stay here!

This property is great - the rooms were larger than expected. Great closet space. Layout was nice. The balcony was huge with nice furniture - really enjoyed being out there. View is perfect. Access to the beach was super close. Kitchen area was also nice. I've rented places where the owners have left a box of trashbags, extra hand soap, condiments, economy sized shampoo and conditioner - this place does not provide such items and you will need to count on supplying them yourself. That said, we still very much enjoyed this property.
