This Cozy Little Home is fully furnished to make you feel right at home! Large livingroom and kitchen is perfect to enjoy your friend and family. Extended covered patio for relaxing and BBQing. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Located within walking distance of parks, grocery store, bowling alley, gym, movie theater, AZ Canal Path, and several restaurants. Downtown Gilbert is a little over 2 miles away and offers tons of restaurants, farmer's market, Hale Theatre, shops and much more.

Enjoyed out stay.

Have stayed here before. Close to out of town family. Close to shopping and Gilbert area entertainment. Has all the necessary supplies and space we need.

Very comfortable home.

We were very pleased with this house in Gilbert. It was close to shopping and entertainment. Well stocked with every essential and convenience item we could need. The beds and living area were comfortable. One of my top favorite VRBO places that I've stayed in.

Everything was great

Our family enjoyed the NF hone rental. Plenty of space with outside backyard with seating, lovely landscaping and privacy. Kitchen was outfitted with plenty of kitchen items for cooking with pantry basics that met our weeklong needs. Could have used a teakettle for hot tea, Beds were super comfortable, linens excellent and plenty of towels and toiletries. Close to shopping. Nicky was great in responding to the few messages I made. We would stay here again and recommend Neely Farms for anyone coming to Phoenix area.

What a gift!

First and foremost, Nicky is a wonderful, gracious host! I loved how she was so human, not just someone doing business, she's generous and kind. She had everything ready for us and was a great communicator. The location of her home couldn't have been better for the wedding and reception we were attending. It's in a nice area, has a beautiful park with a train for kids very close, and has all the needed stores and restaurants close by. Nicky's cupboards are fully stocked with whatever we needed which is so appreciated! It makes vacation home travel so much more convenient and comfortable! The house was clean, neat, comfortable, and cozy. My husband and I traveled with his elderly dad that has intermittent difficulty walking and the access for him was perfect. The beds were comfortable, too - such a plus! It'll be hard to find a comparable place this affordable in the area with a better person to work with! Thank you, Nicky!

Wonderful home with everything you need for a comfortable stay

Perfect location close to everything you need for a wonderful trip. Comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed. Clean and comfortable. We will be back again, this is our go to accommodations on all trips to Gilbert, mesa and Phoenix in the future!

Our new home away from home!

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. Nicky is an exceptional host, she has equipped the home with everything you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! From the comfortable beds and pillows to the fully equipped kitchen it was not lacking any amenities! There were books, movies and excercise bands with DVDs for our use as well! The house is very clean, completely stocked and is decorated so lovely. We will be returning and this will be our go to home away from home on all of our future business trips we just pray it will be available! Couldn’t recommend Nicky and her home more!!!đŸ‘đŸ»

Great place to stay.

Very nice property to stay in. It is in a nice neighborhood. Had all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfortable, as well as was the rest of the house. The patio is great for morning coffee, and if your car fits in the garage it is nice to help keep it cool during the warm part of the day. We walked every morning in the neighborhood, and felt completely safe. Shopping is close, so that wasn't an issue. And the host/owner was great. We will definitely look to stay at this property again. Can't say enough nice things about the whole experience.

Great home for a family getaway!

This home exceeded our expectations with perfect accommodations for our needs! The bedrooms were spacious. It was nice having two bathrooms, a big kitchen (although we only used the microwave and refrigerator), fantastic living room, and use of the garage. Nicky (homeowner) included detailed instructions and was responsive to questions prior to arriving (she even offered to answer questions while there). The neighborhood was inviting and quiet (there was, however, vehicle noise from the main road, but not enough to really impact sleep or the stay). I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. We truly hope we can return in the future as we have family in the area!

Well located, comfortable vacation home

We enjoyed our stay at this well situated Gilbert home. The two bedroom home is well situated to downtown Gilbert which is full of popular restaurants. The home is nicely decorated, the well supplied, comfortable, and has a nice backyard. The owner was very easy to work with. There is some traffic noise on the backside of the house, but it wasn't a deal breaker. We plan to stay at this property in the future.

House was very nice and good location Very close to shopping, restaurants, golfing, etc We especially liked being so close to LifeTime Fitness. Sometimes the traffic noise was loud. House was well furnished and liked the WiFi and cable TV..
