The house is awesome, clean plenty of room and already has everything you need even soap and spices to cook with. Awesome art on the walls and a ton of books. I’ll stay there again for sure.

Weekend getaway

Eric's rental was everything promised and more. He was easy to communicate with and the property was beautiful. So much room for everyone and lots of things available for use. Highly recommend and hope to use again in the future.

Great Condo

My children and I stayed here for our Spring Break. Extremely spacious with 2 master bedrooms and large living area. It was also safe being in a gated community and the kids loved the pool. Very conveniently located with about 100 stores and restaurants close by, and about 15 minutes from Legoland and aquarium. The host was also very accommodating. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Excellent location in Chandler

This property is in an ideal location. Close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the highways for access to Phoenix or other towns in the area. Had a couple of minor things that needed attention but the manager responded right away and took care of them quickly. Would recommend this for other renters.

Mr. Eric Williams has went above and beyond to make his residence a great place to stay. Very attentive to detail. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms and showers are awesome. I would definitely rent this place for another week no problem. Thanks Mr Williams.

Bright and Airy

The condo was big and well laid out. The beds were comfy, the furniture was comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the little patio was pleasant for sitting out. Eric responded very quickly to my questions. He is a great host. There's an excellent grocery store right across the street that has everything you need. I highly recommend this condo.
