Notre maison est magnifique, spacieuse et prête à répondre à tous vos besoins. La maison est située dans un quartier très sûr. Il y a un parc communautaire qui a été récemment rénové avec des balançoires, des éléments d'escalade, des toboggans avec une pelouse ouverte pour une utilisation en extérieur. Faites du vélo ou marchez pour toujours sur le chemin pavé du canal à 1 pâté de maisons. La maison a une cour arrière, terrasse couverte, avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue à gaz. La maison a été récemment rénovée avec de nouveaux sols et de la peinture. Accessible aux fauteuils roulants.

Wonderful home to stay at while visiting relatives in Gilbert

My mother and I enjoyed the home while visiting for high school graduation. Everything we needed was provided and the homeowner was very helpful and easy to contact. We go down to see my daughter's family and this will be our first choice of accommodations from now on.!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We love the location and the home. Carrie is always helpful and easy to get in touch with if we need anything. Everything is clean and exactly as you expect it to be. I am sure that we will be making a 3rd visit soon!

Overall Good Stay

We stayed for a total of four nights, and we would definitely go back. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house smelled really clean but after the second day we realized it wasn’t as clean as it seemed, nothing mayor…the floors were dirty and the towels had stains, which it wasn’t a big issue since we took our own towels. Just something to consider if someone is not traveling with their own towels. I would recommend this place for someone traveling with family.

Hi Martha, thank you for letting me know about the towels and the floors. I wish you would let me know when we had communicated throughout your stay. I pay for a professional cleaning and linen service. I would’ve had them come over right away to address the problem. As you can see through my reviews I’ve never had this issue so hopefully this was a one time thing. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay other than that.

Very convenient for us. Near the cancer center. Had everything we needed. I need to know how to get a receipt for our stay. My insurance will pay us for some of our stay but we need proof of what we spent. Don't know how to get that information.

The entire home is accessible to access except a locked storage closet and garage. The house has full front yard, backyard with covered porch, full laundry room, 3 bedrooms with Sleep Number beds, 2 bathrooms (One in master bedroom which includes a soaker tub and shower, double vanity, and single enclosed toilet- 2nd bathroom is centrally located and has shower/tub combo with vanity and toilet. Full kitchen for all your cooking needs, dining area has been converted into a seating area. Large living room with large comfortable sectional. Plenty of room for a air mattress (Provided)

A short distance from charming Downtown Gilbert. There are a variety of unique restaurants, wine bars, antique shops, Hale Theater, candy shop and much more. The Gilbert Farmers Market is Saturday's 8am-12pm. The San Tan Village Mall, movie theaters, Top Golf and Main Event are all minutes away. Numerous golf courses, Banner Hospitals, Mercy Gilbert Hospital. Visit Joe's Grill (as seen on Dive and Diners). Our spacious home is great for families or friends.

Easy access to the Highway 60, 101 and 202. Sky Harbor airport 20-30 min. away depending on traffic. Phx-Mesa Gateway airport 10-13 min. away. Uber and Lyft friendly. Walking or biking to new corner mall. Breakfast, wine bar, bakery, nail salon and many other venues.
