Venez séjourner dans cette belle propriété de luxe moderne avec 3 chambres de bonne taille et 2 salles de bain. L'avant est clôturé et est agréable et privé. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond et des téléviseurs. Le salon ouvert a TV, DVD, système split, feu de bois, salon et salle à manger. Les planchers en bois nécessitent peu d'entretien. La cuisine bien équipée a des plans de travail en pierre de taille, un lave-vaisselle, un four électrique et une table de cuisson, des tabourets sur le banc de l'île, une machine à café. La salle de bain principale est au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une baignoire, une douche et des toilettes. La salle de bain a une douche et des toilettes. La machine à laver est un chargeur frontal. Profitez d'un barbecue d'été, d'un café le matin ou d'une réunion de famille dans la zone de divertissement couverte. Le garage simple a un sèche-linge et une télévision et 2 lits pliants.  Le wifi est également disponible.

Nice Cozy beach house

Was very nice place to stay, nice and open lounge areas, bit smaller than shown in photos and not all the house is shown or accurately described. We’re very accommodation to group of 18 year olds, would recommend to anyone for a trip with friends or a family holiday. Nice and close to the beach is a plus

Comfort on the Cape

Comfortable, well appointed modern house 10 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. What more do you want - apart from less surfing memorabilia.

Great place in quality spot!

Overall the place was great! Check in process was annoying that you needed to go into Cowes to get the keys when there was a lockbox set up at the house not being used. Hopefully this is sorted soon

Cosy place, in a great location

We loved this cosy place. It was ideal for the two families. Closer to the beach. Quiet area. However, the Alfresco (the outer dinning area) was a bit messy with leaves, dust and cob webs (this is the first impression as the main door is on that side). However, the inside of the house was lovely. We all loved it. Had to collect the keys from the agency, which is in Cowes which is on the other side of the island from where the house is. The round trip to collect the keys took over an hour as traffic was really bad due to the long weekend and some challenge that was happening on the bridge. Same when handing over the key. Would suggest a lock box to save that time on the road. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

A beautiful property but annoying to not have a lock box on site-also given the cost to stay there it was pretty disappointing there was no hand soap in any bathrooms.

Weekend getaway with family friends

Perfect location between the activities in San Remo and Cowes, and a short walk to the beach for golden hour! House was very clean and both bathrooms were spotless; kitchen had induction cook tops with useful utensils and pots. Open lounge was a perfect space for meals and playing board games. Our teenagers loved the rumpus room to hang out. The outdoor BBQ area was a cute outdoor setting with a hammock and fairy lights. Gonna visit this house again for summer surfing!

Great get away

House was amazing. The Sooners had some marks/stains on them but otherwise the property was in excellent condition and very clean. We all loved staying here. Would happily stay again.

Great house and location

The house is beautiful and in a great location. Although I didn't see in the booking the towels and bedding was not included until I was on my way down to Phillip Island which was then to late to bring any from home. The images on the site make it look like these things will be included and considering the price you would expect it. Which then ment we had to buy some from woollies being a remote area it was a little annoying 🙄 Once we arrived we the house was as expected although the master bedroom looked like someone had just climed out of the bed. And the bathroom sick was filled with hair and looked like some had spat in it. The house didn't feel like it had been cleaned properly. Which was disappointing considering that the property is being managed by a local realestate agent. Overall we did enjoy our stay and I would book again because the house was so nice, but I would be expecting the cleaning to be a lot better.

The beach house has everything you need

Tastefully decorated with lots of personal touches, the Beach house was a pleasure to stay in. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house was very clean. Complimentary coffee pods were appreciated (caffitaly brand) as was all the reading material. One thing to improve - a small amount of wood to get the fire going would have been handy.

Surf House

Fantastic home. Great location. Has everything. Cool beach decor. Bed info was a little inaccurate. In the kids room. There are 2 single beds & 2 mattress/trundles. Just needs a good tidy up /clean perhaps after a busy season of rentals. Windows & screens need a clean and rumpus room in garage was full of leaves. By the way this room was not described in the description and was a great surprise making it the perfect teen zone. We’d still consider renting this property again. Key drop & pick up in Cowes is not handy. San Remo or key box at the house would be better too.

Absolutely perfect holiday house to enjoy a relaxing weekend with friends. Beautiful house, lots of space, great entertaining area. We will definitely be coming back again!

Not what was expected

Pros: This property is in a great location. Has 3 spacious bedrooms. has modern features and a sizable front garden. Cons: No heating/cooling in bedrooms. Some Beds were different than on the photos. Wiped off a layer of dirt from the kitchen bench. Kitchen had an airplane food smell.

Hi Aron, sorry for any issues you may have experienced, we would have been more than happy to have had some of these issues rectified for you with a simple call to the office. As for the beds, the owner purchased some lovely brand new ones but they were in the same bedding configuration as the old ones

Beautiful property close to the beach

A beautiful home in a lovely location. Everything was lovely and new and we loved our stay and would happily return again. My only thing would be that the addition of an air conditioner upstairs would be great for those really hot days and nights. In saying that every room has ceiling fans which did help a lot. I’m sure that given time the owners would add it as you could tell how much pride they take in their home.
