Charmante maison de mineur de 1909 au cœur de la vieille ville et entièrement rénovée en 2014! Cette propriété unique est située sur 2. 5 lots de la vieille ville, ce qui offre beaucoup d'espace pour se divertir en plein air au milieu de beaux trembles. Cette maison est dans un emplacement privilégié sur la pittoresque avenue Norfolk, qui est à 3 minutes à pied de la piste de ski de la ville, à 5 minutes à pied de la rue Main et à 7-8 minutes à pied du Park City Resort Center.

La maison comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable, des planchers de bois franc d'époque restaurés et tous les nouveaux meubles. Le nouveau bain à remous jacuzzi 7 places et le poêle à bois en font une retraite bienvenue après une longue journée de ski ou de randonnée. Parmi les autres équipements haut de gamme se trouvent de grands téléviseurs LED HD dans le salon, la chambre principale et le salon, des lecteurs DVD Blue-Ray et une Playstation3 pour les enfants. La literie comprend un roi de Californie dans la chambre principale, un lit queen et deux lits jumeaux dans chacune des chambres inférieures et un canapé-lit pleine grandeur dans la salle de séjour / multimédia. Les clients peuvent utiliser un parking hors rue dédié pour un maximum de deux voitures.

Rustic property that is nicely updated & well maintained. Kitchen supplies and seating worked well for our group of seven. Ideal location for skiing and old town access. Management company was able to get the hot tub working on our third day.

Great House Fantastic Location!

We love Park City, especially the areas closest to Main Street. This space checked all of our boxes. The hot tub was the perfect "Apres Ski" space!

Lovely house close to Main St

I loved this little historic property with all the comforts of home- well stocked kitchen, beautiful garden, comfortable beds and baths, games and nice tvs. Easy check in and out. Close to everything in town.

My family loved the location and the house. It was a short walk to the town lift and close to shopping and restaurants. Kitchen essentials were basic but met our needs; the gas grill worked great.

Perfect Place in Park City

This is a very cute historic home just a few minutes walk to Main Street or the Park City Library where you can pick up an e-bike and go anywhere. Everything was in good working order and the yard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house, great location

Family ski vacation - great house, good setup for the five of us, short walks to everything helps with small kids. Only issue was the downstairs was extremely cold but the house had plenty of extra blankets.

Quick response to questions and requests!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect and the outdoor space is beautiful and so rare in Downtown Park City. We spent most of our time outside and ate all dinners there. We are definitely thinking about making it our home for next year, as well.

Christmas in Park City

This house is in the perfect location. Walking distance to Town Lift and Main Street. The house was spotless when we arrived and they even had a six pack of beer in the fridge! We used the hot tub everyday, which had great views of the mountains. Would stay there again.

Oldie but a goodie

Property is a century old house and you can tell when you walk in. It has some updated features that make it feel more modern. The hot tub was really great after a long day of sking. Short walk to the slope which was nice, and relatively close to town for restaurants and shopping.

Thank you for making my time in PC great

I had a wonderful visit to Park City. The ease of getting in and out of the property was great. The little touches really made me smile...the beer in the fridge, the ready bake cookies in the freezer, the TVs set to play welcoming music.
