Cette belle villa est à quelques pas du club de plage Dunes House, au cœur des dunes de Palmetto. Cette villa est destinée aux clients amoureux de la plage qui souhaitent se rendre à pied à tous les équipements spectaculaires du complexe Palmetto Dunes.

La cuisine a été remodelée avec goût et s'ouvre sur le spacieux salon doté de deux balcons. Une grande télévision à écran plat et un canapé-lit complimentent le salon lumineux. La salle à manger se situe entre le salon et la cuisine et permet une sensation d'ouverture dans toute la villa. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bains avec une vasque et un coin baignoire / douche séparé. La 2ème chambre dispose de 2 lits queen et une autre salle de bain complète avec une combinaison baignoire / douche. Près de l'entrée de l'unité se trouve une troisième salle de bains complète, qui contient également une laveuse et une sécheuse superposables et une douche, ce qui en fait l'endroit idéal pour se rincer après une journée à la plage!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! We loved the walking distance to the pool and beach and the included bikes. There was plenty of room for all of us and everything was very comfortable.

The property was nice, clean, and met our needs. Having chairs and bikes available so we didn't need to bring them was so helpful! We didn't know there is a single serve Kurieg AND a Mr. Coffee, so we brought filters and ground coffee. The kitchen has everything we needed. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice in the door, which was a plus. We brought our refillable water bottles to keep from buying bottled water. The air conditioning on the 2 beds side of the condo works very well! Not as efficient for the bedroom with the king bed. There is a box fan and a ceiling fan to help. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were extra pillows available too. The sofa turns into a bed and has bedding readily available. There were several games, puzzles, and books. The view is beautiful with the porches facing the canal. We saw plenty of birds and had several places to walk our dog. Our older teenagers liked how close the condo was to pool, the Dunes House, and the General Store. The desk was helpful and had a nice chair for those who may need to work or study. The washer and dryer are nice to have but I did not plan for longer cycle times.

It’s great to hear the kitchen, filtered water/ice, coffee options, and stocked bedding were helpful. We’re happy you enjoyed the canal view, birdwatching, and nearby walks for your dog. Nice to know the teens liked the proximity to the pool, Dunes House, and General Store, and that the desk worked well for studying or work. Thanks for the notes about the king bedroom AC and the longer washer/dryer cycles — we’ll have maintenance check the AC efficiency and we’ll add a mention about cycle times in the listing. What an amazing week we had on Hilton Head. The villa was clean, spacious, and steps from the beach, pool and our favorite General Store. Our dog Elphie loved exploring and playing with other dogs on the beach. We look forward to returning!

We always enjoy staying at The Moorings in Palmetto Dunes. It's such a great community and the properties are nothing short of amazing. We always stay here when we come to HHI and will continue to do so in the future.

Great family vacation!

We had a great stay at the Moorings! Such a great location, within steps to the beach, community pool, tennis courts, and the Dunes house. The property management was easy to work with and provided us with constant communication. Overall, great stay and can’t wait to come back again!

The property was exactly as described. We arrived to a clean welcoming condo with a short walk to the beach. All amenities were in good condition. We needed to contact the management company over a few minor things and they responded quickly and immediately took care of the issue.

Very Nice Property

This property is well-kept and clean. The beds and linens were excellent. The kitchen is very well stocked with all necessary cookware and the appliances were great. The location cannot be beat. Our only issue was with some of the water fixtures, locks on the deck doors and a need for some updating.

Great location to the beach and bike trails

Our stay was great! Easy 2 minute walk to the beach and right around the corner from the pool! Palmetto Dunes location is great for riding bikes or taking the shuttle over to shelter's Cove. We only had one issue with the A/c unit not working on one side of the condo but it was resolved within 2 hours.

Great experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. The beach was a short walk away; 5mins. It was pet friendly. Everything worked great. We will be coming back specifically to this unit. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Location was excellent!! So close to the beach and the Dunes House. Kitchen was well stocked and appreciated the beach chairs and bikes that came with the unit. Master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the unit - but property manager promptly provided a fan and offered to inspect AC unit. Mattresses in second bedroom need replacing but if travelling with smaller children they are probably fine - very uncomfortable for adults, though. Split floor plan is great for privacy.

The unit was in a great location and is spacious. It is advertised as newly updated but the bath tubs and toilets are in need of updating and there is a lack of water pressure. Otherwise the unit is nice
