Casa Lola - Lumineuse, à deux rues du quartier Railyard, à pied du Plaza

Casa Lola est tout à fait le charme! Il est situé dans une rue calme à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons du Railyard. Ce charmant bijou en adobe a été remodelé avec goût. Il possède une cuisine lumineuse et chaleureuse donnant accès à une cour privée magnifiquement aménagée et entièrement clôturée avec des patios en brique et en dalles et une terrasse pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Profitez d'une matinée ou d'une soirée de détente à l'extérieur, tandis que les arbres matures du peuplier et du tremble se balancent.  Les salles de bains ont été soigneusement rénovées, avec une baignoire et de jolis carrelages. Les chambres sont séparées pour plus d'intimité et comprennent un lit king-size (qui peut être divisé en deux lits jumeaux) ou un lit queen-size - avec une literie somptueuse et exquise. Pour une ambiance apaisante, une cheminée kiva est dans le salon avec beaucoup de bois de chauffage fourni pendant les mois d'hiver. Casa Lola est votre oasis isolée à distance de marche du quartier Railyard et de la place historique.

Casa Lola was a wonderful place to enjoy a vacation in Santa Fe. Very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Exceptionally bright and cheerful rooms. Very peaceful and quiet. The host team was responsive when we contacted them. We walked all over the city from Casa Lola. Should we visit Santa Fe again, which is likely, we will book Casa Lola again.

We so enjoyed Casa Lola! Spotless, roomy, comfortable, stylish, well appointed kitchen, thoughtful details, and a wonderful location. The enclosed yard/garden was so lovely...fluttering yellow aspen leaves roses stunning! Also enjoyed the enclosed front porch on the quiet street. Wonderful stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Lola. It was such a comfortable place and had everything we needed. The backyard was ideal for our dog and a perfect retreat in nice weather. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be back!

Great location and lovely casita

Casa Lola was located just a couple blocks from the Railroad District and easy walk to everything else you'd want to do in central Santa Fe. Lovely little yard (perfect for pup) and plenty of space. Loved the kiva in the living room! Great place to stay when you're visiting Santa Fe.

Dog friendly and close to sqaure

Well appointed rental with just about everything you need on site. Fenced yard all the way around plus grassy area for pups. About 20 minute walk to square or easy drive. My friend and I would definitely stay here again.

A perfect place for our family stay!!

My husband and I, our dog, two adult sons from distant states, and one girlfriend spent a fabulous few days in this delightful house. We walked to the Farmers' Market ... and to a well-reviewed restaurant. It was an easy drive to the Plaza. Our dog loved the yard. The property managers were responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well decorated and appointed. The neighborhood is quiet but walking distance to the weekend art and farmers markets and resta. qUICK 10 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE sANTA fE pLAZA Well appointed and very comfortable house with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to weekend farmers and art markets. Quick 10 minute drive to the Santa Fe plaza. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved it!

We stayed here with our dog for a few nights and absolutely loved the location! Santa Fe is such a walkable city and staying in the Railyard is a fun, not as crowded area not far from the Plaza, galleries and museums. Hard to enjoy the backyard in the morning with the high, overgrown grass & the sprinklers that would go off every morning at 6:30 AM. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Cozy, wonderful house with a great yard

We stayed at this home for a week and we loved it. It is close to downtown and really close to the Rail Yard district. The home is cozy, clean and has everything you need. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The yard is great as we brought our dogs with us. They loved the fenced-in property. The home is comfortable with all the amenities you need. The kitchen is well-appointed and the washer dryer was great to have. We would definitely request to stay at this home when we are in Santa Fe in the future. Thank you to the property managers for a clear and easy communication and check in process.

Adorable home, fabulous yard, steps from hipster downtown

The house was sparkly clean, cheerful and sunny. We loved the location, close to restaurants, bars, shopping -- and best of all, the farmer's market - in the Railyard district. We spent our days hiking and exploring Ghost Ranch, Bandelier, and Pecos National Parks. Some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! Our dog loved the fenced back yard, which was a great place for people to hang out at the end of long day too. The ceiling fans and wall-mounted AC units kept bedrooms cool (note that there is not central AC as the listing indicates). The real estate manager was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. All around, a perfect spot for a late summer vacation with teenagers and canine companions. We will definitely be back!

Nice house, wonderful backyard

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is in walking distance to the railroad area and farmers market. The house is older with what seems to be additions. One of the bathrooms has a very low ceiling which was hard for our taller members. The living room has an odd two separate seating areas, but it worked well for us as it allowed everyone their own space to sleep. The only issue we had was that after a very heavy rain there was a strong odor (sewage type smell) that came from the floor in the hallway. We contacted management about it but I’m not sure there was much to be done. None of the plumbing had any issues whatsoever, so it was very strange. But the jewel of this house was the backyard! It is small but beautiful and well outfitted for outdoor dining. We loved the cool evenings, sitting outside, enjoying a meal while our children and dog played in the grass. Over all, a very nice stay.

Casa Lola is a charming, traditional property in the perfect location to enjoy a wide range of Santa Fe activities. The Railyard, Contemporary Art Museum, Rail Runner train and Farmers Market (and the fabulous International Folk Art Market in July) are within easy walking distance. All historic Downtown, with its galleries, museums, and restaurants, is easily accessible by car within five minutes. (Best to leave your car in one of the parking areas there when you head off to Canyon Road.) Nearby St. Francis Drive and Cerrillos Road can get you easily anywhere else. Our family of five fit in nicely with the two bedrooms, two baths, large living room, large kitchen, and a garden with patio, lawn, and shade trees. Including the grandparents, our Fourth of July cookout for seven was easily accommodated. The cute kitchen had everything we needed. New washer and dryer and minisplits much appreciated. We just love this property!

This property is right by the Farmers Market and it was wonderful to be able to walk there as parking is always challenging near there. We love the layout and the kitchen was completely stocked for all of our needs. It’s also got the Santa Fe character as well as two outdoor spaces. Highly recommend!
