Situé au coeur de Sun Valley, ce condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain a deux niveaux et peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement. Lorsque vous approchez de la copropriété, il y a une grande terrasse à l'avant avec terrasse et barbecue au gaz. Au niveau principal se trouve le salon avec foyer au gaz et télévision à écran plat 39 pouces. La cuisine est entièrement approvisionnée et la table à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes. Il y a une salle de bain avec douche et lavabo simple.
À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec lit Queen Size, télévision à écran plat 23 pouces et fenêtres d'angle pour une bonne luminosité et une vue imprenable sur le mont. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et une télévision 14 pouces. Il y a une salle de bain pleine couloir qui est partagée par les deux chambres. La salle de bain a un lavabo et une douche / baignoire combinés. Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans le condo.
Caractéristiques complexes: Les condominiums Villager sont situés entre Sun Valley Village et Dollar Mountain. Ce complexe est situé au centre et à proximité du pavillon Sun Valley. Bald Mountain est à 1,5 km. Dollar Mountain et Sun Valley Village se situent à environ 400 mètres. Les cartes d'accès aux installations du Sun Valley Resort offrent un accès privilégié aux piscines Sun Valley Lodge et Inn, aux piscines olympique et aux enfants (été uniquement), aux bains à remous, aux vestiaires et au centre de remise en forme. Golf, Tennis, Gun Club et Trail Rides sont également disponibles à prix réduit. Une navette gratuite partant à l'entrée du complexe vous conduira aux monts Bald et Dollar, au centre-ville de Ketchum et au complexe Sun Valley.

The unit was clean and tidy. My daughter did complain a bit about the second bedroom’s bed. Maybe a foam topper would solve for better comfort. Overall the day was great and the management company was very attentive when we had some issue with the key for the front door.

The property was difficult to get to and from the car. Very narrow stairs and tight space in kitchen and living area. Upstairs bedrooms were nice size. It was very clean. They neglected to let us know there was an overnight scheduled power outage for the area although they did notify 30 some other home owners.

Not good...the kitchen was well equipped but the plates were very old and need replacing. For the most part everything was clean...I would stay again if they get a new FIRM mattress.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo location was excellent, and while the unit is a little dated, it was very clean and overall very comfortable. The only comment I can make is that the queen bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. The mattress was so soft, and the bedding so thin, that for several nights one of us ended up sleeping in the bed in the adjoining room. Updating this mattress and the linens is all you need to get this charming spot 5 stars.

A little quirky but priced right

Sweet little two bedroom condo in villagers in Sun valley. Description should include the lift which runs up the stairs and is a little in the way when carrying bags. Clearly a place that was loved by its owners and is not primarily a rental. Way too many glasses cups and dishes. Left no room for food storage. Appreciated that the owners participate in Sun valley recreation pass so you can soak at the Inn pool and I think use the Inn fitness room. Nice master bedroom, the room with two twins is quite small. Best of all is being in Sun Valley, we had a wonderful week.

Peaceful Place in Sun Valley

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit #1235 in the Villager Condo development was as advertised. It is located close to downtown...walkable but better by car or bicycle in my opinion. The kitchen is adequately stocked with utensils and cookware to prepare food. We did use the gas grill a few times on the patio which was getting nice late afternoon sun in September. The in unit w/d were nice to have and worked well. The unit is a bit dated and there is handicap chair installed on the stairway which makes the run of stairs a bit tight. Neither of these elements of the property would keep me from staying in the unit again.

Thank you for your review. There have been a number of improvements since your last stay. The handicap chair lift has been removed, new flooring installed and mattresses replaced. Unfortunately, the town of Sun Valley also required us to remove the grill. We home you come back for another visit soon.

Train Wreck

The check in process was fairly simple and once we got to the property which is a great location behind the village the walkways were treacherous. A landscaper was there and offered to de-ice so we could get to the condo, however, the ice was everywhere. I called the rental agency and was told they had another complaint that day and were aware of this. While on the phone, I let them know the gasFireplace wasn’t working and the gal said “there is a gas leaks in the unit”. We packed our things and carefully walked back to the car and left To check into the Sun Valley Inn, which was absolutely spectacular.I was told I would only be refunded one night but not the others. If I could post pictures of the walkways, I would.This experience was horribly disappointing from beginning to end. I don’t recommend staying there during the winter if the walks aren’t maintained.

Beds, especially the twins had horrible mattresses. Upholstery needed upgrades. It was a long way to parking lot to move griceries and luggage. Many of the pillows did not have cases. There was a gas leak in the fire place.
