Cette incroyable condo d'une chambre est disponible Ă  la location Ă  un prix abordable! Le complexe est situĂ© au cƓur du centre-ville de San Francisco. Cette station est Ă  distance de marche des boutiques, restaurants et bars Ă  Union Square, une Ă  deux rues de monde le fameux systĂšme de voiture de la ville. Le systĂšme de voiture peut vous emmener au pont d'or de grille, le quai des pĂȘcheurs, et de China Town. La station dispose d'un centre de remise en forme, une salle informatique, et salle de jeux qui comprend une table de billard et baby-foot.

Le condo est disponible Ă  la location d'un condo d'une chambre. Le condo est livrĂ© avec une cuisine partielle avec un poĂȘle Ă©lectrique, micro-ondes, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle. Dans la chambre il ya un lit queen size, TV Ă  Ă©cran plat et une salle de bains. Le salon dispose d'un canapĂ© qui se transforme en un lit queen canapĂ©-lit avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. Condo was clean and spacious with comfortable furnishings and complete kitchen ware and appliances. Great communication with the host regarding check-in process and condo features. Location was central to public transportation, dining and grocery stores (small family owned & Trader Joes). Very safe with 24/7 lobby staff on duty with key pad entry.. Made for a relaxing trip experience.

Perfect place!

We were so happy when we arrived! This was in a great location and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and everything was super clean. Ubers picked us up right outside. We could walk to the trolley cars. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here while in San Francisco. It was better than I had expected! The hotel was great, the staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of amenities for all 4 of us. Our entire family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers loved it! The game room in the lobby area was a bonus for my 2 teenage boys.

Two weeks in San Francisco

Overall, the property was friendly and decent. The staff were mostly very helpful. Our VRBO host was attentive to our concerns. Our big concern was at check-in. We arrived at about 10pm. I had called the hotel a day or two prior to confirm our reservation and inform them we’d be arriving late. When we arrived, the front desk clerk looked at my ID, looked up our reservation, and verbally told us the actual dates we had reserved. I thought we would soon get our room keys. But then the employee got a phone call from management, and asked to see my confirmation email, which I shared with her (it also had the accurate dates). More computer searching and phoning occurred, and then the employee told me we had no reservation for the first night (of our 2 week stay). She said management told her to tell me this, and after some debating, she told me they could put me in a different room for the 1st night, we would be charged extra for that, we would have to check out by 10am, and we’d have to wait till 4pm to check into our actual suite. I was pretty upset, as we had been traveling for hours, and my body was on eastern time zone (so it was after midnight for me), and the front desk was quite unsympathetic. I thought they would then at least give us a room. No - she told me to go sit down, as it would take a while. (It wasn’t crowded.) Eventually she gave us a room. VRBO host was responsive. Hotel gave us our suite the next morning. Very stressful first night. Concierge was nice.

Great place for families

Very clean. Has one room and a pull out in the living room. Microwave, fridge, coffee. Workout room amd game room were perfect. Safe neighborhood.

Wonderful

We stayed in Matt's apartment for 3 nights. It was wonderful, The apartment is clean and modern, well furnished, with comfortable beds. Communication was easy. The property is in a safe area, one block from Union Square, where we met the busses for our tours. There is no parking at the property, but a garage is a two minute walk away for $47 a day. The doors to the property are locked at all times and you use your room key to access. This is a Wyndham property and they will try to get you to a presentation to purchase a condo here. We told them we were not interested and the same gentleman asked us again the next day and again we denied. I would definitely recommend this Vrbo property.

Loved that a real person called me ahead of time and gave details on the property and tips. It was an easy walk (downhill) to Moscone. Place was super clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchenette and little fridge. The only issue was slow internet. But I’d stay there again.

A nice place to stay

We had a very enjoyable stay here. Close to transit and several nice restaurants where we ate breakfast or dinner. We walked a lot to and from our outings and it was nice that the hotel wasn't on too steep of hill. The service was great and helped us whenever we needed something. The room was clean and a great retreat at the end of our long days

Work Trip

I stayed here for a work trip for 10 days. The location is close to Union Square and the Financial District, so you have pretty much anything you need in walking distance. I found the listing accurate and the check in/out process to be simple and smooth. The staff were all helpful and nice, so my stay here was quite enjoyable!

Great location

We had a great time visiting San Fran for the first time. The location is 2 blocks from union square, and you can get to anything from there. The property is lovely and had any amenity we could need for our short stay. The host was easy to contact and gave great instructions for an easy check in and check out process. I would not hesitate to rent this property again for my next visit.

Amazing water pressure!

This room was exactly what I needed. It's centrally located in the city, walkable to Market Street, Moscone Center, etc. The entire resort was very clean. My room was great. The kitchenette was a nice perk, with plates, silverware, a fridge, dish soap, the whole 9. Really great. Weirdly enough, the excellent water pressure in the shower was perhaps the most memorable characteristics of the room. Really great stay. Friendly staff. It was a win. Thank you!
