This was the perfect location for us! The condo was clean, spacious and well stocked. The pool/hot tub are was fantastic! This is a very quiet location. We loved it! We will use again if we visit Arizona again!

Peaceful and comfortable

My sister and I were in town for a medical consultation and were looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. This condo was absolutely perfect. Very quiet and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, we even enjoyed the pool amenities. The owner was very accommodating, responsive, and made himself available should we have needed anything. The location was an easy drive from the airport.

Great Place to Stay!

This place was perfect for our needs. The location was central to where we needed to be with many restaurants and venues close by. The other guests or residents were friendly,The condo and pool areas were neat and clean and Joel, the host, was so communicative and helpful. It was overall a positive experience.

Wonderful AZ visit

The property was cozy and very well located. The two master bedroom set up was absolutely perfect for traveling with our young adult. I had excellent communication with Joel and he also accommodated an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated!!

Wonderful Place - Needs A Little TLC

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Central to a lot of things we love in Scottsdale. Joel was an excellent host! Great communicator for the entire stay. No real problems, but we think the bathrooms need some cosmetic TLC, the Livingroom needs additional lighting, and some of the cups/plates need to be replaced due to chips. The cooking skillets should be replaced as well.

Great Getaway

Our stay was perfect. The grounds in this gated community is very well taken care of. The pools and spa was pristine. The condo had a great layout for our family. There is shopping and grocery stores located near the property. I would recommend staying at this property.

Long weekend stay

The condo is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances. Joel was very easy to work with and, very accommodating and was a great communicator. The property grounds are great with three pools and this condo was less than 50 yards to the main pool.

Perfect for last minute family Phoenix trip

This was my first time using VRBO and it was a great experience. I didn’t know what to expect, but thankfully it all turned out great! Joel the owner was very attentive. The condo was as pictured in the app. Overall we are very happy with our stay. Thanks Joel!

Very Satisfied Stay

This worked out very well location wise while visiting family in central Phoenix. The host has a great attention to detail and very good communication . The unit is very well maintained and the pride of ownership is evident. The amenities are also sound with very convenient pools and hot tubs available. I like to walk and exercise and you have great access to hiking trails and quaint neighborhoods to enjoy. Definitely give this location a look . It is sound.

Much better than staying at hotel!

Great experience from the time I inquired about availability to our rapid refund of security deposit. Owner was very responsive, professional and kind. Instructions for the rental process were precise and easy to understand. Condo was spotless and comfortable and contained all the amenities needed for cooking & relaxing. Even had a selection of DVD's and puzzles. Split wing layout with double master bedrooms was ideal for two couples. Would highly recommend!

Host was prompt in responses, complex was nice. Too pricey for the unit-needed work-sectional smelled like body odor. I sprayed with Fabreze and it was better. All living room roomfurniture had seen better days. Needed and upgrade.. Guest bath shower head leaked badly.

Absolutely Amazing!

It is difficult to know where to even start my review, but I will do my best. To start with, the owner of the property, Mr. Edwards, has to be the most thorough individual that I have ever dealt with. He provided us with so much information on our confirmation email, that absolutely everything we thought of asking was answered before we could even ask it. What I really enjoyed was walking into the property and it was just as advertised. It was very clean, comfortable, and it felt like being at home. The beds were the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on away from home. I called Mr. Edwards a few times and he always answered my call and even when I called him and had bad reception, he made sure to call me right back. It is apparent that Mr. Edwards cares about his community and his home, as it has been updated and kept up really nice. I felt as if he cared about us enjoying his home and made us feel welcome by even giving us information on places and things to do in the area. I would recommend anyone needing a nice and comfortable place to stay in Phoenix to check out Mr. Edwards' home. He will take good care of you and we definitely look forward to returning. "Thanks Mr. Edwards for sharing your home with us".

The property manager was amazing. We traveled with 5 and a small dog and the host accommodated very well. His communication is second to none and the property is as listed! We will be coming back once my masters is complete!

Vacation

It was exactly as advertised. Check in and out was super easy. Close to stores and restaurants. It is a good place to use as a base for exploring the area. We enjoyed hiking, kayaking, and shopping.
