Deux chambres entiÚrement meublée condo avec deux salles de bain complÚtes qui a été récemment mis à jour avec de nouvelles: tapis, plancher chauffant, comptoirs de cuisine et un bar.

Situé au large de Canyon Blvd. distance Canyon Lodge marche avec un ski in / out piste pendant les mois d'hiver! Pendant les mois d'été, les sentiers de vélo de montagne, jusqu'à la ville et vers le bas-ville sont accessibles à la propriété.

Ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est idéal pour un maximum de 6 personnes. Il y a une place de parking garantie garantie dans le garage et il n'y a que 7 marches pour accéder au condo.
ESPACE DE VIE PRINCIPAL - Le salon a une nouvelle (2019) Smart TV (fonctionne Ă©galement avec Apple TV), un grand canapĂ©-lit, des chaises confortables, des jeux et des livres, un poĂȘle Ă  gaz chaud avec thermostat. Le condo a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© avec des planchers chauffants dans l'entrĂ©e / cuisine / salle de bain supĂ©rieure, nouvelle moquette et mobilier.

La salle à manger a une table et 6 chaises. Il y a une terrasse privée de la salle à manger avec une table et deux chaises et une vue sur la montagne et la télécabine du village.

LA CUISINE est entiÚrement équipée avec une cuisiniÚre à gaz, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, un four grille-pain, une cafetiÚre électrique, un mixeur, une cocotte en terre battue, des plateaux de cuisson, des marmites, des marmites et des plats de service de toutes tailles.

SALLE DE BAIN PLEIN UPSTAIRS avec planchers chauffants, combo baignoire / douche, sÚche-cheveux intégré.
SALLE DE BAINS EN PLEIN ÉTAGE avec planchers chauffants, sĂšche-cheveux intĂ©grĂ©. Dans cette salle de bain, les toilettes et la douche / baignoire sont sĂ©parĂ©es du lavabo.

Deux chambres en bas -
Master a un lit king et une télévision à écran plat.
La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen et deux lits gigognes. Il y a un rideau pour assurer l'intimité entre les deux zones de couchage. Cette chambre dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat.

Sur la propriété il y a deux années intérieure ronde jacuzzis, avec un sauna sec, plus salle de loisirs. Pendant les mois d'été, vous trouverez une piscine chauffée, courts de tennis, fers à cheval, plus une zone de basket-ball. Il y a aussi la communauté BBQ situé autour de la propriété.

Great family getaway

Location was quite, clean and close to the village. We found our unit to be spacious, clean and enough amenities to keep the whole family happy and engaged. Close to the village so we could walk and only a few minutes to all other attractions.

Coziest Place We Have Stayed at in Mammoth!

Everything from the layout to the furniture is extremely cozy and inviting. We couldn't figure out how to get the downstairs to warmer, but the heated floors really do work and the place overall was great to stay at and we look forward to staying again in the near future.

It was a nice condo. Location is great, close to Canyon. The only negative was that the first night it was freezing cold in the condo and took a very long time for the heaters to kick in downstairs in the bedrooms. Otherwise it was great. I would stay here again.

Great location, new carpet!

I stay at Mammoth Ski and Racquet pretty often and this was one of the nest units I’ve had there. New carpet is hard to come by in this building so it was a welcome sight. Great spot with two full best rooms separate from the common areas upstairs. Highly recommend!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good, but disappointed that the carpet was so dirty that my socks were black from walking around on it once. Suggest you get it steamed cleaned. Also venetian blinds had layers of dust and hadn't been cleaned in years.

The condo is cozy and has a well stocked kitchen. Steep 10-15 min walk to ski area

Overall “good”. The Condo is cozy and a short walk from the complex hot tub. The person at the office didn’t know how to determine if the condo was ready for us to go in which made for a bit of a wait. It’s close to the ski area but you wouldn’t want to walk in ski boots. The TV stopped working after the first night. We didn’t make the effort to get help from the office.

Great location

Hard to beat an affordable place right next to Canyon. Had a couple things break on us, but the management company was responsive when we let them know. It would be a nice to have in the future if they upgraded the doors to keyless entry, one less thing to have to worry about.

Good location. About 10 minute walk to Canyon Lodge/ski lift. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Kitchen stocked. Pillows on the bed could be upgraded. Overall we would stay here again.

Great spot with well stocked kitchen!

We really enjoyed our stay here. No problems with the internet with 4 people on doing school and work at the same time. Kitchen had almost everything needed to make cooking all meals easy.

Well appointed condo right next to Canyon Lodge

Well appointed condo with a great kitchen— perfect for a 2 night stay for my family. Drove and walked to the resort for skiing— not a super short walk, but easy to manage when we had skiers leaving the condo at different times on Friday morning. Definitely would stay here again!

Accommodations were spacious and well appointed. Short walk to Canyon Lodge but delightful opportunity to use the Village ski back trail. Would recommend this unit.
