Nouvelle maison dans une rue calme pour vos vacances en famille. Chambre à coucher principale et salle de bain complÚte, plus 2 chambres et une autre salle de bain complÚte. Maison propre et confortable pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Blindé dans le lanai avant et arriÚre; les ventilateurs de plafond dans les deux zones permettent de vivre en plein air à toute heure de la journée. Cour arriÚre clÎturée convenant aux enfants et aux petits animaux domestiques. Cour arriÚre a foyer et double barbecue. La maison est entiÚrement meublée avec trois ensembles de chambre à coucher queen, deux canapés, une table à manger familiale et 4 tabourets de bar. La cuisine a lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et machine à glaçons; utilitaire a laveuse et secheuse. Les ventilateurs AC et de plafond sont en trÚs bon état. The location is great! The house has so many amenities and is thoughtfully decorated in a beach theme. The pool and hot tub are a wonderful addition! Travelling and eating in most of the time, we really enjoyed all the extras like a fully stocked spice cupboard, tea and coffee options, lots prep and cooking dishes, beach towels, and laundry facilities.

Ignite vacation mode!

Great home!!! Our family loved the pool and hot tub. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. House is fully stocked. Home is located near state road 82, which makes it super convenient to head into Fort Myers. We truly enjoyed our stay!!!

I do not usually stay at properties like this. I generally book hotels for their location and amenities. This house was fabulous. Clean, nice, organized, excellent decor....AND THE POOL, WITH GRILL AREA AND PATIO FURNITURE. I spent a lot of my time away from the house involved in activities...ID HAVE BEEN CONTENT SPENDING MY ENTIRE STAY NEVER LEAVING THE HOME!

Great property in a quiet neighborhood!

This is our second stay at Carol's house and it was just as good as the first. We stayed 6 weeks and everything was just as described. Carol is very easy to work with and we plan to return next year. The house is extremely clean and everything you need is provided. The pool is wonderful and we spent many hours using it. It would be great for kids who love to swim. If you are looking for parties and nightlife, this is not the place for you. It is a quiet, family neighborhood that we walked through every day. The yard is large and fenced. The kitchen has everything a person could need to fix a meal. After spending a day out in the lovely weather, this was a perfect place to return to.

Outdoor space was perfect

Carol was extremely accommodating and responded immediately! The outdoor space was amazing and where we spent most of our time.The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. We hope to stay here again in the future.

2nd visit is worth the drive

We absolutely loved our second visit to this house! The recent updates, like the new patio furniture and shower heads, were fantastic additions. The patio speaker was a definite highlight for us, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The house was spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet, and incredibly comfortable. Plus, being pet-friendly made our stay even better. We can't wait to come back again!

Perfect family get-a-way!

Carol was an awesome host! She communicated immediately and stayed in contact before and during our stay. The house was beautiful and clean with all the amenities needed and even some we didn’t realize we would need but appreciated! Great neighborhood which was quiet and pretty private. Hidden Gem

We stayed here for the months of February and March and were completely pleased. Carol is so easy to work with and immediately available if you have any questions at all. The neighborhood is quiet and a little wooded so it was a very pleasant setting. Everything was very clean and as described. The fenced in back yard would be perfect for a dog to run around. We cannot say enough positive things about the heated pool with birdcage. We spent so much time there and the spa was just wonderful. We recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy the warm, sunny weather of Florida. Carol has it set up with clear instructions for everything which was very much appreciated. We plan to return next year.

Perfectly Perfect

The home is on a secluded corner lot with a nice decorative yard. Front lanai is beautiful. Upon entry to the front door, I was surprised by the amount of room in the dining and living room. It was super clean! The pool and rear lanai was more beautiful than the photos showed! Owner was helpful and very responsive. Couldn’t be happier with our VIP experience and the fact we were able to have our dog made it even better! 5 stars! Thumbs up! Yes! Hope to be able to stay here again.

Our family enjoyed this home very much. The pool was especially a big Hit. The home was clean and filled with almost anything you need. I did find that some items were out of reach and I couldn't find a step stool to help me reach. And I found the check out time a little early since we had to wash and dry and put away all the towels and dishes. Otherwise it was great.

Lehigh Acres with pool

This was a great house in a quiet, somewhat rural neighborhood. Not an urban, developed area. The home was clean and well maintained, every part of it. Beds were comfortable, lighting was good, all appliances well maintained. Large patio/lanai with multiple seating areas. The pool seemed to be a recent addition and was very large and inviting. Child proof fence surrounded the pool and spa. Plenty of TV's, if needed. It had all the conveniences we needed, and more. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this home again. I also liked that the house has regular bug service. I didn't see any other houses mention this service. In Florida, that's a plus.

Loved our stay!!

This is a beautiful home with an awesome pool and lanai setup. It’s more than we could have asked for! The kids kept asking if we can please come back to this house next year! It was safe & quiet, clean, and communication from Carol was superb! We loved it from the moment we walked in and we’re sad to go but hope to be back in the future!

We have gone down to Florida 4 times. This was by far the best vrbo we have stayed at. House was super clean and pool was awesome. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend.

This home is so inviting and relaxing with ease of cleaning and maintenance. If you are looking for simple you found it!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Upgraded fully stocked kitchen with large fenced in yard backed up to wooded property. The lot is a half of acre with woods on each side. Private in a culdesac that you can take nice morning and evening walks in. The neighbors are very nice.
