Everything close and nice property

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the pool. Everything was close by - the restaurants, the springs, and grocery place. Overall it was a great vacation for us. I highly recommend this place.

Enjoyable vacation stay

The location is excellent. There’s a lot of privacy in the neighborhood and not far from shops or gulf beaches. Property manager is easy to get a hold of and easy check in/out process. The house was very clean and comfortable as was the pool.

Perfect getaway with pool

My husband and I had a nice stay at Mikes rental. The property was clean, provided a private environment, perfect for relaxation. The pool was the highlight, offering a private spot to unwind. Additionally the location was great, close to family and short drive to many beaches. Would recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and convenient getaway. We will definitely return.

Vacation Life

My husband and I wanted to get away a few days over the busy holiday weekend and our stay was perfect. Mike remained in contact from reservation until following checkout. The house was very clean, including the pool, and comfortably furnished. The neighborhood was very quiet and a great place for a walk. We will definitely return!

This was beautiful place. Quiet and well kept. Great for 4 people. Property manager was excellent. Quick to respond ( less than 2 hrs). Friendly and perfect for the job. Would love to book for the winter again But no availability

Relaxing

There are a few things I would like to suggest. 1) do not show the lights in the pool if they dont work 2) there wasnt any sheet pans to bake on. 3) Clean and replace vents and filters 4) i would put an outside light/fan combo by the pool Otherwise we had a great time

Fire alarms and guest bathroom

I let the property manager know there were no batteries in the fire alarms. The battery compartments were all open. Guest bathroom tub was not cleaned.

Wonderful house-but was not the cleanest

The house was in a lovely location and very roomy. Over all we did enjoy our stay -but we did have a couple concerns about the cleanliest. The one bedroom with twin beds in it the sheets were dirty-when we picked up the pillow there was 2 tissues under the pillow and sand in the sheets. This was very disturbing to us and made us question the cleanliness of the house...:( The dishwasher did not use the soap. We ran it on several different options we did contact the owner and he said that he would have it fixed. We had 5 girls there for 3 of the nights and 6 girls for 1 night. We ran out of toilet paper about halfway thru the time-so it would be nice to have more at the house or have it listed that you will start them off with 3 rolls but they are responsible after they use it up. Also there was not much dish soap, laundry detergent. The pool had some white floaties in so we did not feel comfortable to swim in it...almost looked like the inside of a diaper or something. We did let the owner know and he did contact the pool cleaner and they said it was just from a shock treatment completed prior to us coming. If the house was more clean it probably would have been one of my favorite VRBO house that I have stayed in.

Perfect location for us! Nice property!

This house worked perfectly for our family! We loved that it was close to family we were visiting as well as restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The house was clean and everything we needed was there
except a pool skimmer! We would stay again! :)

Summer paradise

My fiancé’ and I are so happy to have found such a gem in Northport . Management was wonderful we had everything we needed at our fingertips. North port home

This is the second time we rented this house. It's a very nice house with a nice clean pool. Mike is always very helpful, and very quick with responses. Definitely would stay here again and recommend this home to friends and family!! Thank you Mike for the wonderful vacation.
