Great location. Not so clean. Bathroom mirror were dirty, hair left in shower.. Kitchen sink had food in it. Furniture did not match the photos. Great walking distance to all of downtown.

Cozy Scottsdale Stay

Staying here was absolutely wonderful. The check in process couldn’t have been easier, and the place was a 5 minute walk to downtown Scottsdale, shops and food. We had so much fun, the pool outside was private and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again :)

Location is perfect

Nicely remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Furniture is old and beds are squeaky. One bedroom has a lot of light at night from the parking lot and the other has a lot of noise from the outside gate. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice appliances. The location to downtown, restaurants and bars is great and you can even walk.

Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Chadwick’s Urban Market is a short walk to get food for the kitchen.

Very nice accommodations! Close to everything. Easy to find. Clean and lovely for our getaway to see Elton John’s last concert in Arizona!

Perfect location

We had a great girls trip at Casa Palms! It was clean, quiet, and a great location close to everything we needed. It had a nice stocked kitchen and towels. Would stay here again!

Great location and updated. Pretty clean for the most part. The shower had some dirt or something on the floor and there was something weird hanging from the cealing in there. We could have used extra towels and blankets, but all in all it was a great stay. We would definitely re book this condo!

Great location, nice property!

This was a great location to stay at for a week, we could walk everywhere. The condo is very nice, clean and the heated pool was a big bonus we used daily.

Nice in Old Town

Overall nice and good location. Had to request key enter information from Owner when none was delivered at 4pm. A couple of things that need help are ensuite bathroom sink very slow on water going down drain water and toilet tends to run. Turning on lights in kitchen/living area can be challenging.

Great apartment with accessible owners.

The overall stay was good, but we did have a few big issues. The hallway bathroom shower had a lot of black hair in the drain and on the walls, so we did not even use that shower at all. The air conditioner stopped working several hot days and maybe needed a new compressor. The owner had the problem before and thought it was related to bumping the temp up too fast, but that could not have been the reason why after the 1st time it broke and the service person told her she needed a new compressor. She kindly offered another apartment right across the street, but it was very different and not at all nice enough to replace the one we booked. The apartment is dark because it is ground floor and you cannot open the blinds/curtains as a result - this did not bother me at all, but may bother others. Despite these items I felt the place was perfect for our needs and the owners were great!

Loved the door except for livingroom that needs new furniture.

Good place to rent for the price. Livingroom furniture very tired and area rug stained. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms darling, very clean and comfortable beds. Lock on outside door tricky . All in all a nice, quiet place to stay.

Lovely

Perfect location, great stay. We loved the living room and kitchen, and both bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Stayed with 3 other people. Excellent location walking distance to most plans we had each day. Would come back for sure!

Short Scottsdale stay

Property very nice. Appreciated the parking close to the unit. A short walk to the shopping area of Old Town Scottsdale. The traffic in Scottsdale has increased since our last visit to AZ, so finding good dining options walkable from this condo was great.

Fabulous location made the grade

After a couple of fixes to the furniture and ice maker, it was smooth sailing. Location was very convenient to shopping and fun. Needed a bigger dining table and the pool heater was broken but we enjoyed ourselves a lot!

AMAZING STAY

This condo was PERFECT for my family getaway. So clean and cozy with plenty of space. Everything is modern and updated. The location is amazing as well - we walked and scootered around all of Scottsdale. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and responsive. We’ll be back! Happy New Year!

Perfect for a staycation weekend

This unit was perfect for our family of 4 doing a staycation in Old Town. Everything we needed with a great location. Clean, cute and affordable. Everything I look for in a rental. We'll be back for sure!!

Just what we needed

We were between homes as we had just sold our home in Scottsdale and are in the process of renovating our new home in Chandler and we needed a place to stay for a few days until our new home was far enough along for us to occupy it. This was in the correct location and at the right price for our stay. To make matters even better it is down the street from one of our favorite eating establishments (El Original Tacos Jalisco). Just what we needed with enough luxury without being overpriced.
