NichĂ©e dans un coin magnifiquement paysagĂ©, notre Ă©lĂ©gante maison Montford de 2700+ pieds carrĂ©s certifiĂ©e verte a Ă©tĂ© achevĂ©e en juin 2015. Nous sommes heureux de vous offrir un appartement d'une chambre de 650 pieds carrĂ©s situĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e. L'appartement a une entrĂ©e privĂ©e et un parking hors rue. Il offre un confort dĂ©tendu avec un contrĂŽle climatique indĂ©pendant et beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle provenant de grandes fenĂȘtres Ă  double isolation et de la porte d'entrĂ©e en verre opaque sĂ©curisĂ©. La chambre est entiĂšrement privĂ©e avec deux fenĂȘtres, ventilateur de plafond et grand placard double. Un grand salon ouvert et un espace de restauration ont une table Ă  manger sĂ©parĂ©e avec des siĂšges de comptoir / bar, ainsi qu'un espace de divertissement confortable. La grande salle de bains entiĂšrement amĂ©nagĂ©e arbore un sol en carrelage hexagonal noir et blanc jazzy, un dessus de vanitĂ© en granit et un combo douche / baignoire.

Absolutely loved our stay at this gem of a VRBO! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how impeccably clean and beautifully furnished the home was. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from fresh flowers on the table to spa robes for the hot tub and even chilled mugs in the freezer.The location couldn’t be better—nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood that’s perfect for morning walks, yet just a short stroll to downtown, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s. The house is situated on a corner lot with lovely landscaping, including multiple naturalized water features. Whether we were relaxing at the house or exploring the area, everything was convenient, beautiful, and calming.This property has risen to the top of our VRBO list! The owners clearly care about creating a memorable experience, and it shows in every aspect of the rental. We can’t wait to return! Also looking forward to trying out their rental in Fairview!

Frank and Peter are amazingly accommodating. The apartment was spotless clean and so close to everything within walking distance. I could not recommend a better place for a great Ashville experience They loved our pups and provided treats! Can’t say enough about this place and Frank and Peter! Will definitely be going back!

Loved the property and the neighborhood. Close to downtown Asheville. The rooms in the house were very nice and I loved the brightness, and decor, and it was very clean. The hosts were very friendly and easy to talk to and there if we needed them. It was a fun place to stay and I would stay there again!

This property is my new standard. Friendly hosts, immaculate accommodations, and so much thought put into making guests feel at home. The space is thoughtfully designed to make sure you have everything you need - and more! It’s also in a great location! We travel to AVL 1-2x a year, and we will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!!

What an absolute treat! From the welcome wine, slippers and robes, to the personalized treat for my pup, Frank and Peter’s place felt like being welcomed home after a long journey. Sophisticated decor, comfortable bed and linens, and pantry items such as coffee, tea, spices, oil & vinegar all emphasize the thoughtfulness that has gone into this home stay. Add the charming patio, quiet tree-lined streets, and walkable proximity to downtown Asheville, this charming apartment is all and more than you could ask for. Frank, Peter, and their pup Lily are wonderful hosts and you’ll enjoy every moment of your stay.

Excellent Property

We stayed in Short Street for 5 nights and can highly recommend it. Our hosts were delightful and very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully furnished and has everything you can need. A 10 minute stroll into downtown Asheville and 5 minutes walk from a great breakfast outlet. I rate it very highly!

Awesome stay!

What a lovely place for our stay! Impeccably clean, so nicely decorated, and such a wonderful location. We walked each evening for dinner
 so easy! And the coral honeysuckle in full bloom in the garden was a real treat for native plant gardeners like myself! Will be back!!!

Impeccable

What a lovely place! The love that went into this rental was outstanding. Frank and Peter are incredible hosts, meeting us and explaining all the details. Our dog was welcomed with great fanfare. And the apartment was filled with touches that are both very stylish and yet warm and comfortable. We have rented accommodations on all 6 continents and this one definitely ranks in the top 10. Stunning Montford apartment

Outstanding apartment in the quiet, historic Montford neighborhood. Everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is close to restaurants and many attractions that are in easy driving distance. The hosts offer a wealth of knowledge for enjoying the Asheville area to the fullest. We will definitely be back!

They thought of everything!

This was such a good experience. The location of the apartment is really good, walking distance to downtown and close to a park for our pup. It was extremely well furnished with lots of thoughtful touches. We used the hot tub one evening and they even provided robes, beach towels and clogs! It was like staying at a high end resort but cozy.

Quiet Asheville Neighborhood/Great Hosts

Frank & Peter are great hosts. They met as when we arrived, an hour earlier than agreed, and were very gracious to let us check in. Their place exceeded all expectations. It was clean, well lit, and welcoming. The apartment had everything promised in the description, plus more storage than most apartments. Check was a breeze and included off street parking. The apartment was sparkling clean and well appointed. Frank and Peter are great hosts, willing to share their knowledge of Asheville or just let their guests wander about discovering Asheville and the surrounding area. They are also very welcoming of pets. We had our 70 lbs Old English Sheepdog with is and he couldn't have been more welcome by our hosts. The even had a dog treat with his name. All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience and are planning to return in 2024.

This is a well-appointed apartment in a quiet neighborhood just a walk away from everything in Downtown Asheville. The guys are great, and we'll definitely stay at 47 Short again!

Ideal stay for downtown in Asheville

Frank & Peter were incredibly welcoming, friendly hosts who clearly have put a lot of thought and care into making their garden unit a perfect guest suite. (Literally, the back patio was such a lovely place to relax!) Just a few minutes from the center of downtown Asheville, yet the neighborhood still feels cozy, quiet, & completely residential. Basics like the bed, internet, bathroom, towels, etc were all perfect for our needs. We were able to get around easily on foot but also by car with the off-street parking. We hope to stay here again!

Amazing!

We had a blast in Asheville and that was mostly due to Frank and Peter’s place. It was clean, close to everything, and very comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t recommend it enough!

Oasis in Asheville

Absolutely the best VRBO apartment that we have stayed at in many years! It is centrally located in the historic Montford neighborhood. The apartment is impeccably clean, well decorated and has all the items you might need for a stellar vacation. Peter and Frank were wonderful hosts who gave many suggestions on local restaurants and areas of interest. We will definitely stay there again!!

Amazing experience

Just spent an amazing weekend in this dog friendly apartment. The hosts provided great service and amenities. The neighborhood is just beautiful and walkable to breweries and restaurants downtown plus Salvage Station. We ended up not using the kitchen amenities as much as expected, but the set up was very complete including tea and coffee. We’d be happy to stay here again!!

Five Star Plus Rating for Sure

The hosts Frank & Peter are awesome and have such an amazing flare for detail. The place was so welcoming and inviting when we arrived - music on a sweet jazz channel, lighting perfect, flowers in the kitchen and bath and oh so cozy.
