Rénové condo 2 chambres Ocean View au Maui Kamaole, peut accueillir jusqu'à 6. J-214

Superbe rĂ©novation achevĂ©e Ă  la fin de 2018 dans ce condo de deux chambres avec vue sur la mer Ă  Maui Kamaole. Ce beau remodelage peut ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciĂ© dans la cuisine et deux salles de bain complĂštes. La cuisine comprend de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, des armoires en bambou et des appareils en inox. Les salles de bains disposent des mĂȘmes comptoirs en granit et armoires en bambou, ainsi que d'une douche joliment carrelĂ©e avec une pomme de douche Ă  effet pluie et une cloison en verre.

Les meubles dans ce condo sont un mélange de tropical et de moderne et créent un sentiment de maison. La chambre en mezzanine a un lit queen et une salle de bain complÚte. La deuxiÚme chambre est située à l'étage principal et dispose également d'un lit queen. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complÚte au niveau principal.

Détendez-vous sur la véranda ou prenez vos repas en admirant l'océan et les montagnes de l'ouest de Maui.

Ce condo est situĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage. Chaque bĂątiment du Maui Kamaole a deux Ă©tages. Tous les condos de deux chambres Ă  coucher sont situĂ©s au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage et l’une des chambres est situĂ©e dans le loft au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage du condo. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur disponible. Le condo au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage est uniquement accessible par les escaliers.

Le Maui Kamaole est situé dans le sud de Kihei, en face de la plage de Kamaole 3 et de la rampe de mise à l'eau du bateau Kihei. Il se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture de tout ce que South Kihei a à offrir et à quelques minutes en voiture de la ville voisine de Wailea. De nombreuses plages, magasins et restaurants sont à proximité.

The unit was perfect. Clean well stocked with necessities and comfortable for every one. The lanai has a great view of the whale playground. We hope to have the same unit again next year. Grand daughter loved the pools. Convenient to beaches and stores.

This unit however has a broken bed spring in the downstairs bedroom and the carpet was filthy. It also needs alot of tlc such as wd 40 , toilet constantly running etc.

I would recommend the property management folks send a screen shot of what is needed for the health clearance once someone is leafed through the airport. The written description wasn’t clear to me, it when they sent a screen shot I knew exactly what they wanted. Overall- it was a great experience and we highly recommend this property. Mahalo!!!

Just fine for me

The condo is in a nice complex right on the edge of Kihei. The landscaping is pretty and you can easily walk around the neighborhood. The condo itself is just okay for me. The bathrooms are redone and very clean and nice, but the carpet desperately needs to be replaced. There are very few amenities - not enough good beach chairs, umbrella or decent cooler. The kitchen is basically equipped. Note that the upstairs bedroom has no door and therefore the privacy is compromised while sleeping there - I woke up every morning to my daughter in the kitchen making coffee.

We have had such a wonderful time here at J214! Everything here is beautifully decorated with lots of extras provided. Thanks for providing the insulated carrier for us to have a picnic at Kula Botanical Garden! We loved our whale watching cruise with Pacific Whale Foundation and our Zipline Tour at Haleakala! Thanks!

Spacious & Relaxing Condo in great complex

We had a great stay at this condo which is right next to a nice shady pool. There was some roof construction going on in the J block that started at 8am but the workers were finished by 4pm each day. Everyone enjoyed the spacious lanai! The A/C in each room worked great and the kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very nice. Only complaints/ suggestions are that the unit could use new flooring, new beach chairs, more comfortable beds and no matter how good we were about putting food away and wiping counters clean, we dealt with little ants on a daily basis which was annoying but we know it’s a tropical environment and ant control is a challenge. We would stay again.

Terrible experience

The experience was overall pretty terrible. The unit was infested with ants. Very little effort was made by the property management team to rectify the issue. Cleanliness/customer service are clearly not priorities. I would not recommend staying there.

Great Location and Value

Walk to the beach across the street, plenty of room for parking for those trips across the Island. This is a great place.

December 2018/January 2019 Stay

We've stayed in ~10 Maui Kamaole units over the years since 1987 and J-214 is the best. Great view without power lines and road noise. Top notch furniture, fixtures and decor. Nearer the upper pool which we favor.
