Rénové une chambre, deux salles de bain vue sur l'océan condo au quatrième étage. Bon pied, planche à voile, kitesurf plage fronts ce complexe de condo en bord de mer dans le nord de Kihei. A quelques minutes de la plage Kamaole I, l'une des grandes plages de la rive sud ensoleillé. Air conditionné dans le salon et la chambre. Condo a un lit queen et un canapé-lit. salles de bains rénovées disposent de douches carrelés, pas de baignoire. WiFi gratuit!

We enjoyed the location; the grounds were especially well kept and very clean. The unit was as described and had more than expected items inside. The unit blew a fuse at night, and the Maintenace staff was there quickly to fix. We hope to return.

Clean condo and best property grounds on the island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was super clean, smelled great upon entry. This location is excellent. Not stuck in the middle of expensive resorts so there were many family dining options. Older property but the grounds are excellent. Perfect grass with golf green, tennis and pickle ball, shuffle board, nice pool and hot tub. Kumulani staff were responsive and check in was easy.

Maui Sunset Vacation

Pleasant Stay, Well equipped condo

I would stay there again. Nice grounds right off beach, location in Kihei is great, condo is comfortable. Though, I could see where the bedroom would be very warm in summer season in spite of its small AC unit. Close to the super good restaurant "Da Kitchen" www {dot} dakitchenkihei {dot} com (a must visit) and many other restaurants and food trucks. Also convenient 24 hr Longs for food, wine, beer, liquor and drug store items. Condo was worth the money over the Wyndham- Days Inn down the road for similar price during my stay.

Pool etiquette.

Small kids out of control in the pool. Screaming, footballs being thrown, unattended children. You need to enforce the rules. We'll look for other options.

Very nice grounds

The condo was good as expected. Small, but it was just me, so OK. The Ground are maintained perfectly. The lawn is so beautiful. The grills, (though I did not use them), were deep cleaned every day. The pool was nice. The views of Maui's mountains and sunset are really nice. I thought my bedroom was small, but again it was only me. The 2 bathrooms are also small. I was happy to sit on the balcony and work every day. Easy access to Kikei and Wailea, and 20 minutes to the airport. Overall, i give it a high 4 out of 5. If I chose to spend 3X at Grand Wailea, then I would expect all to be perfect.

Disappointed

We have stayed here before and had a great experience. Unfortunately when we arrived our condo was not clean. Dirt on the floor, coffee grounds on the counter, soap scum caked on the shower glass, dirty Q-tip on floor, mirror were dirty and other small issues. Management was responsive in that they offered to have someone come clean, but I had already taken care of things. They also refunded us the cleaning fee and one nights stay. I felt this was fair, but would have much rather had a clean condo to start with. Overall the stay was good, we were in Maui after all! The grounds were impeccable! I would recommend Maui Sunset and I am sure management will address the cleaning issue. Enjoy!

Reviewer Comments: Rental Experiance very professional from Kumulani Vacarions and they were very helpful in the whole rental experiance..The unit was clean in a good location half in the middle of the building a little ocean view and enjoyed listening to the kids on the grass and the bbqers chatting it up cooking their dinners.. The only complaints I had would be the beds very uncomfortable.... seems to be a problem in most units...and the lack of cleaning supplies made available in the unit. My advice for the owners to keep the supplies in the unit it would benefit them more then the renters as a renter I tend to clean if the supplies are there. The Maui Sunset is an amazing condo complex with the grounds be beautiful and the pool a very nice size. Please keep in m8nd this is an older building so may be lacking in modern looks for some

dirty and dated condo with a view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was not a complete remodel. The furnishings were dated from the 1980/90's. The glass shower doors were so dirty from soap scum you could not see through the glass. All the house throw rugs were dirty and had not been washed or vacuumed in what looked like many users. there was no laundry soap provided and they asked us to do laundry upon check out. there was so much hair on the floor in the master bedroom it was blowing around with the ceiling fan and I had to clean the apartment floors upon check in. They did refund $125 cleaning fee and brought laundry detergent after requesting.

Great location on the water with each condo having a view to the ocean. Like the pool, shuffleboard, tennis courts, bocci ball, putting green all with free supplies (tennis rackets, putters, etc).
