Welcome to Kihei Resort 111, a stunningly refreshed condo one block from the shores of North Kihei. Kihei Resort is a lush complex with beautiful grounds and a Zen garden atmosphere. Unit 111 is located on the ground floor and has a large private patio. This 1 bedroom/1 bath condo has a large floorplan feel and includes a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping 4 people. The condo includes everything you need to feel right at home on vacation.

This condo offers; a fully stocked kitchen inventory including many kitchen accessories and appliances, bed linens and bath towels, a washer and dryer in unit, tasteful decor, a desk for remote workspace, a window AC unit in both the living room and bedroom, a gorgeous tile bathroom, beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler and much, much more!

This complex has immaculately maintained grounds, including a pool, a hot tub, a BBQ area, and just a short walk to the closest beach. Many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, amenities and additional beaches in Kihei are just a 5 minute drive down the road.

Very convenient location!

This is a clean unit with a full kitchen supplied with necessary kitchen items. Location was convenient to all things in Kihei and centrally located if you went every direction in the island. The reason for us using this unit is the washer and dryer. Having that was a time saver! All of the extra things in the patio storage was used for a day at the beach! Loved our vacation!

Property did not look like pictures and could have been cleaner. Also we were unaware of the bathroom door missing which had no privacy. We did enjoy our stay and plan on returning.

Very comfortable stay

We enjoyed having a full kitchen, laundry in house and overall comfort of the unit. Superior communication with management with prompt responses to inquiries. Will definitely use again.

Dream Vacation to Maui

The Kihei Condos are located perfectly on the island of Maui. To the South Wailea and Big beach. Then 45 minutes to Kaanapali and our favorite beach that we found - Napili Bay. The condo was clean, well furnished, well stocked and patio was beautiful with our own jungle just outside. I would 10/10 recommend!

Parking was close, check-in was smooth and easy, and getting to the beach was a 4-min walk. Having an in-unit washer/dryer was a game changer. Thank you for the stay!

Wonderful stay

We loved this condo! It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the shore, it is well regulated for guests to have each other’s respect, it has a ground floor terrace with a view on bamboos, it has all the necessary facilities, it even has beach accessories. Absolutely recommending it!

clean,quiet,easy access, great restaurant's nearby, There was only one issue. The keypad on the door with our number to get in was difficult at times as the #4 sticks and sometimes had to hit it multiple times to get it to work. otherwise for sure would recommend and stay here again.
