Location, location, location! This stylish, clean, newly remodeled condo at Kihei Kai Nani is just 200 steps to Kamaole II beach which is considered one of the top 3 beaches in Kihei! The condo is on the top floor directly across from the pool. It sleeps 6 with a Queen size sofa bed, Full size Murphy bed and a King size bed in the bedroom. There is also a spacious lanai with a peek-a-boo ocean view, perfect for meals, drinks and beautiful sunsets!
Please be aware that the condo is 512sqft and more than 4 guests is a tight fit but doable for families or those that don’t mind being cozy! Please adjust your expectations accordingly or consider a larger unit. The base price is for 4 people with a charge of $10/person per night for more than 4. Please also be aware that there is no elevator and there are 2 flights (25 steps) of exterior stairs to the front door.

Great place to stay

Such a convenient place to stay, we love Kihei Kai Nani! Unit was clean and very well equipped. Lots of towels and bedding and everything we needed. Appreciated all the beach stuff as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Spot for a quiet holiday!

This condo is in a fantastic location, so close to the beach and the complexes pool. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need. We were very impressed with everything! The back deck is very private, and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Super clean and comfortable condo. Has everything you need, from beach chairs and towels to silverware and salad dressing. Great location by lots of restaurants and just across the street from a beach. We loved our stay and would be happy to stay there again.

Perfect Location

This condo is perfectly located across from a family friendly beach. You can rent paddle boards and beach gear right out front too. Restaurants are very close. As a solo parent, this made the trip so much easier. Also, the condo had lots of beach gear!

Excellent Location in the middle of the Kihei town

For any vacation - staying in the right location makes a lot of difference. This place was just that. Right in front of KAM 2 beach and easily accessible to all the food options. Bonnie was very communicative and the apartment had everything we needed including beach toys and a wagon to lug our stuff to the beach. We will be staying again on our next visit to Maui.

Great unit in great location!

This is a well stocked, roomy unit in a quiet condo complex leas than a minute's walk from a fabulous beach and great food and shopping options. The owner is very responsive and eager to assist! Highly recommended!

Fantastic location - everything you need

Had a wonderful stay, this condo had everything you would need to have a great visit to Maui. To me the highlight is the location, great walking access to restaurants and a lovely grocery store and beaches. Would highly recommend for 2 people, I think potentially could be a bit snug for more than that but you could make it work! Great host, lovely place

Great ocean side VRBO!

Great experience staying here. It was close to many restaurants and gift shops as well as across the street from the beach. I'm 6 months pregnant and there were a lot of extra pillows/sheets/towels which was very handy for me. Well stocked and clean. Thanks for a wonderful Babymoon experience!

Great location

This condo is in a great location for families. Close to all the action. Close to the pool. Has plenty of beach equipment. For couples only it may seem a bit busy but we found it to be quiet at night and the lanai was a nice place to relax. Everything in the unit worked great and we didn’t even need the AC with the ceiling fans and open windows keeping it cool.

I also have a ski property in Park City, UT (VRBO listing #425857) and love managing my properties on a personal level! So much better than through a hotel or property manager! You can be assured that you are our top priority and we will respond to your needs promptly and resolve any issues you may have, although we have done our very best to anticipate your needs so your trip is seamless and enjoyable! Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose Kihei Kai Nani because of its central location in Kihei and the close proximity to our favorite beach, Kamaole II. We love that we can get around on foot or with a short Uber or Lyft and reserve the car rental for special days to do adventures that require a full day in the car! There are many great shops and restaurants a very short walk and we absolutely love that! It's so nice not having to drive while on vacation! To us, it's really what makes a relaxing vacation!
We love that we can snorkel and see turtles within. 200 steps from our front door and also love that the pool is right across from the unit. When the kids get a bit older we can watch them from the front door!
We also love to the top floor unit with no noise from above!
Those are the reasons we love our "sweet spot", I hope you will too!
