Une chambre à coucher, deux salles de bain avec vue partielle sur condo rez de chaussée. Bon pied, planche à voile, kitesurf plage fronts ce complexe de condo en bord de mer dans le nord de Kihei. A quelques minutes de la plage Kamaole I, l'une des grandes plages de la rive sud ensoleillé. Air conditionné dans le salon et la chambre. Room was filthy, bedding was dirty/used, counter tops filthy. Hostess recommended different room but more expensive and out of our budget. We have pics. New room was dirty, ceiling fans caked with dirt and floor boards dirty.

I loved this resort The amenities of the pool, spa and activities were a nice addition. The 2nd bathroom made this room perfect.

Maui Sunset

We had a great time. The location was perfect. The condo was roomy and comfortable. In my opinion it could use a little tlc as far as the curtains, they need to be cleaned and or vacuumed. All in all things were good.

Nice place with great views of the sunset

We enjoyed the pool and the grounds which were maintained very well. The room had adequate space for all of us. Reasonably updated features in the room. We missed having a DVD player. We were thankful The pool was only closed for two days, was supposed to be closed the whole week, but this was not disclosed when we booked a room. Once we were there, we learned the beach is not an ideal place for swimming, so we traveled each day to better beaches.

great location and fun amenities.

The place has everything you will need for a short stay. My Family was visiting and it was the perfect location to host them. It was close to many places they wanted to visit, the grounds were really taken care of. When we chose to extend the stay it was very easy to communicate with the people in charge of the property.

Last minute getaways

I booked online while at the airport at home, by the time i landed in maui i received a call and the room was promptly prepared for arrival. Ive book at maui sunset for past 7 years usually on the property’s web page but this time i used vrbo. I will use this site moving forth as the customer service it included was superior. Either way this is the only place i will stay in maui.

Condo was okay, some minor issues (no light bulb in entrance lamp, only one wash cloth, coffee table & dining table not cleaned (sticky stuff) and master shower soap holder broken. Light bulb & wash cloths was handled. A very minimal credit was given. Bedroom air conditioner great but very noisey. Livingroom a/c not great. only if you sat right next to it then you feel the cool air. Living area with everything closed (doors & drapes) still very very warm. Mostly did not really appreciate sign on dryer that I needed to wash towels and bedding since a cleaning fee was added in for condo rental. Washed only towels, did not feel that I had to strip bed. Other than that great location for watching the sunset and walking on the shore and near Kihei shopping centers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Maui for a company retreat. Several of our employees have never been to Maui before. The location was very perfect and parking was easy. The condo's were exactly what we needed. A little outdated but having kitchens and laundry in the rooms was so helpful. The grounds were beautiful and it was ocean front. Pool was nice and refreshing, always clean. Hot tub was not hot during our stay. they were doing their best to get it fixed though. BBQ's and picnic tables were so helpful so our large group could prepare and enjoy eating together outside on the beautiful lawn. Office staff was friendly and very helpful from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. Even gave us a loaner pool key since we had to check out at 11:00am and our flight did not leave until 9:00pm. So we could enjoy the pool until we left. We really appreciated that!

Exceeded Expectations!!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The room was equipped with everything you need. Even beach towels and snorkel gear. The pool and hot tub were very clean. It’s quiet, slept great. Beds are comfy too. You can’t go wrong!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at a few units in Maui Sunset and have seen a number of others through friends. This is not one you should rent, I recommend finding a nicer one for the price. The unit is old and not well maintained, is in badly need of a refresh and lacks a lot of the basic things that would make it a place worth the money. The grounds and location are great and kumilani was great to deal with in the booking process.

Great Vacation Home

You can’t be unhappy staying anywhere in Maui, but this spot was perfect for my partner and I. Everything we needed was provided and then some. The unit was clean and tidy and felt like home for our week long visit. The grounds outside are gorgeous, staff is friendly and hard working and the location is just a short walk from tons of shops and food trucks.
