Une chambre, deux océan de bain voir condo au troisième étage. Bon pied, planche à voile, kitesurf plage fronts ce complexe de condo en bord de mer dans le nord de Kihei. A quelques minutes de la plage Kamaole I, l'une des grandes plages de la rive sud ensoleillé. Air conditionné dans le salon et la chambre. Condo a un lit queen size. occupation maximale 2 Invités. Wifi gratuit et parking.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family of 3 with a Murphy bed in the living room for the kiddo. It was very comfortable and relaxing. It has a great view from the porch of the ocean and pool/courtyard area and is close to restaurants and shops.

Good cheap place to stay

The condo has most of what you'd need for your stay but the kitchen utensils, plates etc are quite cheap and mismatched. The unit itself is outdated as well but it was a good price and we weren't too worried about what the condo looked like on the inside. It didn't smell and it had the basic things we needed to get by so we were happy.

Great location with beautiful grounds!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the condo on the same day we arrived on the island. Wendy was extremely helpful. The condo worked out well for our little family of three. Two bathrooms is plus. The condo could use some updating including the shower head. If you are taller than 5'4 the shower will be slightly uncomfortable. The Maui Sunset is family orientated. I highly recommend the Maui Sunset for your accommodations when in Maui.

Maui Sunset unit 312B is very disappointing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented unit 312B from 1/16/23 to 1/26/23, and was disappointed. I’ve stayed in 2 other Maui Sunset units over the last 4 years and they were really nice... you can tell there was pride of ownership. Sadly, that’s not the case with 312B which is in dire need of updating: kitchen cabinets are peeling, a few ceramic baseboard tiles are missing, the bottom of the kitchen stove is rusted and the left front burner didn’t work, the guest bath door didn’t lock, there were 3 handles missing on the bedroom chest of drawers, old bedding and pillows, tub drain clogged on 1st day (called maintenance), dim master bath ceiling light darkens tub area when shower curtain is closed, washer shakes and makes loud noise when on spin cycle (even when load is evenly distributed), large toilet tanks waste a huge amount of water. In addition, the furniture is mismatched in the living room & dining room, and the unit living area is “cluttered” with unnecessary pieces of dated furniture.

Easy access to the beach for lovely walks. I saw a turtle resting on the beach twice, magical. Easy check in. Went to my condo and opened up the door and immediately took off my shoes. I walked straight to the balcony to see my view. My feet were filthy from just walking from the front to the back. The kitchen wasn’t really set up for any major cooking. It had 1 pot so you have to plot out your meal accordingly. The fan over the stove didn’t work. They left me 1 use box of “complimentary “ laundry soap but then asked me to do a load of towels before I left so no laundry soap. My brother and his family stayed in a different unit and it was much better.

Love Maui Sunset

My family and I stay at Maui Sunset every time we visit Maui. Absolutely love this little condo complex. First time in this unit. Had everything you'd need. A little outdated but everything was great. Communication was a bit slow but everything was as promised.

The Condo wasn't as nice as I thought it would be needs some TLC. The cabinet facing below the sink was pulled away looks like dishwasher was the cause also hood fan and light didn't work otherwise everything was great beautiful property!!

the complex as a whole was wonderful, but we will NOT book at B312 ever again. Not what was described and there definitely was an ocean, but NOT a good view. The overall property, pool grounds, and office staff were fantastic!

Needs modernization

The property itself is Fantastic! The only complaint is the condo. It was back in the 70s in amenities. The a air conditioning in the living is sooo old you need to switch on the circuit breaker each time in use, ( it really needs to be upgraded due to potential fire danger..)sheet has the pebble feel so comfort is minimal, otherwise, management was great but the likelihood of us staying at this particular condo unit is slim.

We love Maui!

The unit we were in could use some updating, furniture , kitchen, bathrooms and paint. There didn't have any beach chairs, a beach umbrella, or beach towels. Thanks to our property managers, they brought us some. Next time, different unit.

Great Area but condo smelled like cigarettes

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location, it was an older condo but clean. The major downfall was the cigarette smell throughout the condo, it was awful we even bought air freshner that didn't even work. At times it smelled like a wet dog was in the facility. We didn't even eat or make meals in the condo because of the smell.

Granted, the neighbors' smoking made it really smell awful in there for some of the time, we were told you can't really make them NOT do something on what is their property. Oh well.... Besides that though, the grounds were immaculate, the scenery was breath-taking, the amenities were fantastic, and everyone we spoke with were so nice, and friendly. Really wish we could have stayed! If we can, we will definitely be back again, and stay at Maui Sunset.

I had been staying at a resort in Kona prior to this, and found it very formal, which I am not. I liked the fact that this was more cozy, informal, and that no one kept trying to sell me more time shares. I also liked that there were a few key things left there, like salt/pepper, coffee filters, boogie boards, etc. Felt more like a home, than the resort did.
