Overall had a great stay here.

The place was very clean and pleasant. The neighborhood was not great and would not feel safe walking around at night.

We had such a great trip staying here and it was very close to seeing all the sites in DC.

The little row house was so cute and the perfect size for us. We loved that there were 2 bathrooms upstairs for each bedroom and then another half bath downstairs. The kitchen area is really nice too and everything looks newly remodeled. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Hidden Gem of DC

The property had everything we needed to visit DC with the family for a week. 15 min away from DC with a fun flavor of DC neighborhoods. Close to the metro if you want to take the metro and close to a grocery store too. All the necessities were there and available for us. No complaints! Fast and convenient internet for multiple people and viewing habits.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. We had 6 in our party we had room to spare. The home was very clean and well maintained. We loved the remodel work and security of the home as well. This location was not far from all the attractions, I would recommend your own transportation to and from this location, not to rely on the metro system. Owners did a fantastic job with all communications from start to finish.

Amazing Stay

This property was accurately listed. The host was very nice and kept up communication throughout our stay. The house is very well equipped so we didn’t need anything. 10/10 would recommend.

Quarantining in DC

We were very happy with the rental, as it met our needs (and some) y we were comfortable. It has been beautifully updated and it is very luminous and feels bigger than it is. Communication with renter was impecable and he was quick to address any issues we brought up. My big issue with this property is location. In our case and for our needs it was not a problem, we were quarantining on our way to NY state. But if you are visiting to sightsee or pleasure, not sure it is the right location. Neighborhood is loud most of the time, lots of sirens and police activity during the night makes it hard to sleep. Not sure how safe it is, during our stay next door neighbor had is car front window broken and there was police activity most of the time. Access to transportation is good, so for sure a plus. Just make sure you research the area before hand and that this fits your needs.

It was not what we thought.

Though the property was well renovated, the neighborhood was less than ideal. The property manager made it seem as if Whole Foods and Dunkin Donuts were a part of the neighborhood, and they were not. As far as the house, it was a very nice, clean space. Unfortunately, the furniture was very uncomfortable and wasn't meant for sitting for a long time. Also sadly the house smelled like mold and cat urine. Additionally, my girlfriend and I woke up to multiple bites on our ankles from God knows what. The bath towels provided were very used and worn. The dish towels in the kitchen were stained and the sponges were old. Even though the renovations were really nice, that was the only thing pleasurable about this trip. I would not recommend staying here.

Perfect Home away from Home

Me and my family of 6 (all adults) were driving from New York to DC, with side trips to New Jersey, Philly, Maryland and Virginia. I wanted a house with a parking garage, a high speed internet, a 2.5 bath for us to stay and relax for five days. This house was perfect! I got what I was looking for and more. The property was located close to the newly constructed Walmart Super Shopping Center. There was also a small food mart and gasoline station right across the property which was very convenient for a quick kitchen essential shopping. The house was also close to a bus stop leading to the main DC attraction. The appliances and furnitures were new, beds were comfortable and lines were clean. Kitchen and dining area were my favorite spot of the house with sparkling utensils and pot/ pans that were never used (until we arrived :) and yes the grill was working and huge! The property was newly renovated with a porch and second level deck perfect for family downtime. The property owner Mr Chimwe was very accommodating, he patiently waited for us despite our late check in. He was very friendly and pleasant to do business with. I will give 5 stars for cleanliness, accurate in the online description and a great location for exploring DC (White House, museum and monuments ) I will definitely come back!

Beautiful Property

The owners were excellent and easy to work with. Went out of their way to make sure we were all set. Property is beautiful with all new appliances. (So new the paperwork for the stove was still inside oven hahahahaha). Neighborhood was a little less than desirable but our business took us outside of the immediate area. Transportation via bus line was right out front and subways only a few blocks away. 15 min drive/Uber from National Mall area. Can’t say enough how modern and comfortable the property was. Secured parking in the rear. 2nd floor deck off the bedroom is a very nice touch. Plenty of room for me and my colleagues. I would def stay again if I go back to the area. The area itself is up and coming with similar renovations taking place.
