TrĂšs confortable 3 chambres, proche de tout. Vous vous sentirez nichĂ© dans un complexe privĂ© de ce lodge mignon. C'est dans un quartier trĂšs calme dans les arbres. Il y a un ruisseau saisonnier les pistes en face de la propriĂ©tĂ©. DĂ©tendez-vous sur le pont et Ă©coutez le son du ruisseau en cours d'exĂ©cution (saisonnier). En Ă©tĂ©, vous ĂȘtes trĂšs proche du lac pour la baignade et les activitĂ©s nautiques. En hiver, vous vous sentirez comme dans une terre de merveilles hivernales. TrĂšs proche de la station paradisiaque. Et toujours Ă  seulement 2 minutes du casino. Il y a un garage pour 2 voitures en plus de 2 voitures dans l'allĂ©e. Au-dessus du garage se trouve le niveau de vie. La cuisine, la salle Ă  manger et le salon sont tous ouverts avec de grandes fenĂȘtres donnant sur les arbres. Profitez de la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble dans le salon et les 3 chambres. La chambre 1 est le maĂźtre avec un roi, une tĂ©lĂ©vision et une salle de bain complĂšte. Chambre 2 a 2 reines et TV. La chambre 3 a une reine et une tĂ©lĂ©vision. Il y a une salle de bain complĂšte partagĂ©e dans le couloir.

RĂšgles d'occupation:
1. Selon les rÚgles du comté: les mariages ne sont pas autorisés de toute nature ou taille, sur la propriété ou à la maison. Vous serez fermé immédiatement et perdrez le dépÎt de garantie et vous serez passible de plus d'amendes.
2. Vous n'ĂȘtes autorisĂ© Ă  10 personnes Ă  tout moment Ă  la maison. Cela inclut tous les dĂźners ou rĂ©unions que vous pourriez avoir. Il n'y a que 8 couchages dans les lits.
3. Parking: 4 voitures autorisées à la maison à tout moment. Il n'y a pas de stationnement dans la rue par comté et les rÚgles de sécurité incendie. Le non-respect entraßnera la perte du dépÎt de garantie.

We spent Thanksgiving week here as a family of four and really loved our stay. The house was clean, spacious, had a stocked kitchen for cooking, cozy big TV room, and access to streaming services was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet and felt secluded despite being close to a lot of houses. The host was responsive and friendly, quickly resolving an internet issue when we arrived and allowing us a late checkout upon departure. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a good time. It was a very nice place. If anything wasn’t too great, It was that the heat never really warmed up the bedrooms. I don’t know if the ducts have to be cleaned or what. And the TVs in the bedrooms didn’t work they came on, but you couldn’t get any reception on them but overall like I said it’s a very nice place and we had a good time. Thank you.

The home was beautiful and clean. The only issues I had is that the day I arrived it was not snowing. It snowed a few days before. The drive way was not cleaned of snow and the deck was full of snow. I couldn’t access the decks at all or the outdoor grill because it had a few feet of snow there. I was not allowed an early check in or a slightly later check out. Anytime I have requested this with other owners they allowed at least an hour or two.

July in Tahoe!

Had a mini family reunion. Place was very clean and comfortable and located close to anything and everything in South Lake Tahoe. Great stay!

Very quiet neighborhood, (ensure not to use waze as that will put you a bit beyond it on the road). Very clean house as well as well stocked on appliances; with the exception of the bbq needing a deep clean but that worked very well for our birthday steaks. Will return with how well laid out and how clean the house was. We enjoyed it being in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to south lake and all the activities in the area for our birthday weekend getaway.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed wine on the deck in the pine trees. It is in a very quiet area and yet close to town. It could use a little updating, but all in all a great vacation place.

Great Tahoe Luxury

This place was perfect for a family Tahoe trip. The open kitchen and living room area is SO spacious with lots of great light. We loved the couch with the lazy Susan table. It was great for playing board games and sharing snacks while watching Netflix. The bathrooms were super clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Communication with the property managers was quick and easy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inside very clean and everything you would need. Could have used a toaster. Screen door on one of the sliders was off leaning against the wall on the deck. The cabinet door under the sink in bathroom off the hall fell off loose hinges. Overall a very good stay and would use again.

Perfect winter getaway

The overall comfort this property provided was top level. Gorgeous and spacious open concept for kitchen, living, and dining room. Comfy bedding and functional bedroom setups with tv’s in every room. Big plus for my kids! There was still snow in the surrounding area and decks so we didn’t have to travel for a bit of light snow play. Everything was so clean too. This is a perfect place for families or larger groups.

Great Space

Overall, it was a great space and close to everything we needed. Loved the big open living room/kitchen which provided plenty of space for our group of 8 people. We had a hard time getting the front door open but was able to get in and out through the garage so no issues there. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious property, close to Heavenly village and resort

We had an awesome stay. The home is beautiful and conveniently located. Would stay here again! Note to future renters: be sure to bring all your own toiletries (including body soap, laundry pods, etc), as none were at the property.
