425 Edgewood Lodge (SL425) Près de Heavenly, A Beautiful Islulated 3 Bedroom

Très confortable 3 chambres, proche de tout. Vous vous sentirez niché dans un complexe privé de ce lodge mignon. C'est dans un quartier très calme dans les arbres. Il y a un ruisseau saisonnier les pistes en face de la propriété. Détendez-vous sur le pont et écoutez le son du ruisseau en cours d'exécution (saisonnier). En été, vous êtes très proche du lac pour la baignade et les activités nautiques. En hiver, vous vous sentirez comme dans une terre de merveilles hivernales. Très proche de la station paradisiaque. Et toujours à seulement 2 minutes du casino. Il y a un garage pour 2 voitures en plus de 2 voitures dans l'allée. Au-dessus du garage se trouve le niveau de vie. La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont tous ouverts avec de grandes fenêtres donnant sur les arbres. Profitez de la télévision par câble dans le salon et les 3 chambres. La chambre 1 est le maître avec un roi, une télévision et une salle de bain complète. Chambre 2 a 2 reines et TV. La chambre 3 a une reine et une télévision. Il y a une salle de bain complète partagée dans le couloir.

Règles d'occupation:
1. Selon les règles du comté: les mariages ne sont pas autorisés de toute nature ou taille, sur la propriété ou à la maison. Vous serez fermé immédiatement et perdrez le dépôt de garantie et vous serez passible de plus d'amendes.
2. Vous n'êtes autorisé à 10 personnes à tout moment à la maison. Cela inclut tous les dîners ou réunions que vous pourriez avoir. Il n'y a que 8 couchages dans les lits.
3. Parking: 4 voitures autorisées à la maison à tout moment. Il n'y a pas de stationnement dans la rue par comté et les règles de sécurité incendie. Le non-respect entraînera la perte du dépôt de garantie.
4. Aidez-nous à garder notre maison une location de vacances. ORDINANCE AU BRUIT de 22 h à 7 h tous les jours et est très stricte dans ce quartier.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an exceptionally wonderful time at this property and hated to leave. It has bright, sunny exposure and beautiful views of the trees. It felt open and spacious. My only comments would be to please have a container of ice melt in the garage, as the driveway is on a slant and was a sheet of ice.

We spent Thanksgiving week here as a family of four and really loved our stay. The house was clean, spacious, had a stocked kitchen for cooking, cozy big TV room, and access to streaming services was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet and felt secluded despite being close to a lot of houses. The host was responsive and friendly, quickly resolving an internet issue when we arrived and allowing us a late checkout upon departure. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a good time. It was a very nice place. If anything wasn’t too great, It was that the heat never really warmed up the bedrooms. I don’t know if the ducts have to be cleaned or what. And the TVs in the bedrooms didn’t work they came on, but you couldn’t get any reception on them but overall like I said it’s a very nice place and we had a good time. Thank you.

We are glad that you had a nice overall stay. The heat was checked upon your departure and was working properly. Also, we had a conversation about the television in the rooms. You were to call if they still weren’t working after changing the input. As well as checking the heat on your departure, our staff found no problem getting the TVs to work.

Very quiet neighborhood, (ensure not to use waze as that will put you a bit beyond it on the road). Very clean house as well as well stocked on appliances; with the exception of the bbq needing a deep clean but that worked very well for our birthday steaks. Will return with how well laid out and how clean the house was. We enjoyed it being in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to south lake and all the activities in the area for our birthday weekend getaway.

The home was beautiful and clean. The only issues I had is that the day I arrived it was not snowing. It snowed a few days before. The drive way was not cleaned of snow and the deck was full of snow. I couldn’t access the decks at all or the outdoor grill because it had a few feet of snow there. I was not allowed an early check in or a slightly later check out. Anytime I have requested this with other owners they allowed at least an hour or two.

Great Tahoe Luxury

This place was perfect for a family Tahoe trip. The open kitchen and living room area is SO spacious with lots of great light. We loved the couch with the lazy Susan table. It was great for playing board games and sharing snacks while watching Netflix. The bathrooms were super clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Communication with the property managers was quick and easy.

We had an awesome stay. The home is beautiful and conveniently located. Would stay here again! Note to future renters: be sure to bring all your own toiletries (including body soap, laundry pods, etc), as none were at the property.

Great location

The neighborhood is beautiful with hiking trails and a stream nearby. Although we did not have snow for Christmas it was a wonderful time, everything worked, was very clean and easy to access. Definitely would want to stay here again.
