Charmant et historique Babs Condo sur Hip Strip et à distance de marche du centre-ville!

Le bâtiment Babs a été construit en 1905 et a abrité de nombreux personnages colorés de Missoula au fil des ans. Plus récemment, le bâtiment a été complètement rénové en condos luxueux qui offrent à ses occupants une proximité immédiate avec le centre-ville de Missoula. L'unité 7 est récemment rénovée et impeccable. Les planchers de bois d'origine ont été remis à neuf et restent mais tout le reste a été refait avec goût d'une manière qui complète l'époque de construction du bâtiment.

L'unité 7 est un bien meublé 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain 630 pieds carrés d'espace à distance de marche de tout ce que Missoula a à offrir. L'unité dispose d'une cuisine entièrement meublée, d'un salon confortable avec canapé-lit pour les personnes supplémentaires, de la télévision par câble, du wifi et est l'un des meilleurs endroits de la ville. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont dans l'unité pour plus de commodité. Situé sur le Hip Strip, des restaurants, du café et une brasserie sont à quelques pas et le centre-ville de Missoula est à moins de 5 minutes à pied. L'Université du Montana est à seulement 10 minutes à pied, ce qui fait de l'Unité 7 l'endroit idéal où séjourner si vous visitez un étudiant ou encouragez les Grizzlies.

Comfortable and great location

The property was an old historic building that had been renovated. The condo was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, shops, and more. We are in our 70’s. We knew it was on 2nd floor with stairs but should have clarified. There were 3 flights— 1 to the 1st floor entrance , 2 to 2nd floor. Wife wears oxygen and a brace on knee. It was difficult to climb for her and get heavy luggage upstairs. No elevator. Also, street parking only. Very busy area. Often hard to find space close. Had to park 1 block on occasion. Hosts were very gracious to extend our unexpected longer stay.

We were there during a heatwave and smokey conditions so the AC was needed but very loud. It got quite warm in the bedroom but the box fan helped. We really liked the property and would consider staying there again. Nice location, walking distance to downtown.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Bab's Condo #7 very much! The location was excellent. Restaurants, shopping, and a path along the river were steps away. The condo was comfortable, well equipped, and very cute! I loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer available during our stay. I would stay here again for sure!

Check in was easy. The king bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and appliances were top grade. Although the bathroom was small and retro, it was adequate. It was nice to have two bakeries within walking distance. A lovely walk across the bridge puts you in the center of Missoula activity.
