Magnifique Condo et Resort! Animaux acceptés!

Bienvenue au paradis! Situé dans la magnifique station balnéaire de Maravilla, l'unité 4312 est un condo de 1 chambre à coucher, 1 1/2 salle de bain pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Profitez d'un lit king-size dans la chambre principale avec un lit superposé et un canapé-lit dans le salon pour l'hébergement supplémentaire. Le salon est équipé d'une télévision haute définition de 55 "tandis que la chambre principale dispose d'un téléviseur HD de 36". La cuisine a été équipée de toutes les nécessités dont vous aurez besoin pendant les vacances et le condo dispose également d'une laveuse et sécheuse empilable pour plus de commodité. Nous savons également que vos animaux de compagnie font partie de votre famille et nous souhaitons également leur offrir notre maison. Nous accueillons les chiens!

La plage privĂ©e est seulement une courte distance de marche! 300 mĂštres pour ĂȘtre exact!

Nous fournissons un service de plage gratuit, y compris deux chaises et un parasol avec chaque réservation au cours de la saison (15 Mars - 30 Octobre). Il y a deux piscines et un bain à remous situé dans la station ......... on est en bord de mer et on est à quelques pas de l'appartement. Maravilla propose également des courts de tennis, des buts de basket-ball, un court de shuffleboard et un petit espace de remise en forme. Il y a une marche / course / piste cyclable le long de Scenic Gulf Dr. qui attire beaucoup, surtout dans la matinée. Maravilla est idéalement situé dans un quartier privilégié pour toutes les activités à Destin et dans les environs! Il y a des restaurants et des bars à distance de marche. Shopping, golf, et beaucoup plus sont juste au coin de la rue !!

Au lieu d'un dépÎt de garantie, un montant de 59 $. 00 frais sont ajoutés à chaque réservation pour l'assurance de dommages. Cette politique couvre le client jusqu'à 1500 $. Les frais apparaßtront sur la page de paiement en tant que frais d'administration.

Beautiful condo

Our stay at Maravilla was wonderful. The location was great and we got 2 sets of chairs and umbrellas. The walk to the beach was short and convenient and we enjoyed the property. There is a lot of stuff to do and 2 pools. It’s also relatively close to Harbor Village and very close to the Destin commons. We don’t have any complaints!!!

Not Quite the Relaxing Escape I Hoped For

Booked this condo for a spring break escape with my adult daughter and our Yorkie—mama needed a break from the entrepreneur chaos. Location? Perfect. Walkable, beachy, pet-friendly. Inside? GORGEOUS, just like the pics! That balcony was my therapist. Aesthetic: 10/10.But the moment we pulled up, I knew there’d be plot twists. No exterior photos in the listing? Now I see why. The building looked like a motel that got evicted, found Pinterest, and rebranded. Gave “we used to charge by the hour” vibes.Inside, the noise was next level. Upstairs neighbors hosted a concert, daycare, and stomp team all at once. Thin walls, loud everything. Meanwhile, the downstairs kids were throwing full-on screaming tantrums—sounded like they were trying to wake the dead and their parents. I reached out to the host—she was very kind, mentioned quiet hours and security—but I wasn’t about to spend my trip as hall monitor.Then came the cleanliness. Extra blankets were covered in hair—both human and canine. My socks turned black from the floor. And the finale? An Oxycodone pill by the living room trashcan. If my dog or someone’s baby had found that first? The story would’ve ended very differently.We made the best of it, but this unit is a pretty face in the wrong location. Beautiful? Yes. Quiet? Absolutely not. Lesson learned: next time, I’m booking a private home where the loudest thing is me popping a wine cork in peace.

Perfect Getaway Spot

We enjoyed our stay here — the place was clean, well taken care of, quiet, and comfortable! While our trip was during property renovations and a quieter time in Destin, it was still very enjoyable. Katherine (the host) was extremely responsive and helpful, which was nice, and made sure we had all the codes we needed well in advance. It’s perfect for a small family as it’s more of a shotgun style, but we’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

Great Location

The condo was very clean and welcoming. I'd say the property is at a central location to the beach and restaurants! They allow pets which made our renting even better! You cant go wrong staying in this condo! It was a breeze getting our luggage up/down to the 3rd floor because of the elevator! We'd love to rent again and will suggest this condo to friends and family!! Thanks, The O'Neals'

Relaxing stay at Miramar Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay! Comfortable lodgings that accommodated our dog child for our week long stay! Great on site amenities including two pools, hot tub, gym, private beach access, chair and umbrella service on the beach (only available certain months). Safe and friendly neighborhood, walkable to some restaurants and public beach access/parking. Good communication with owner and was able to arrange an early check in. Overall I highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing, there were ample instructions and amenities. The location was great. Katherine and Sandy, our hosts, were a great help. The AC blew a capacitor and the room got to 82 degrees, they contacted the HVAC repairman and had it repaired in only a few hours. The pools were both outstanding, and the gym was a nice bonus feature. All the best restaurants weren't more than 15 minutes driving distance and there were great options less than 10 minutes away.

Great location, perfect for pets

This condo was great! Well stocked, very comfortable beds, new appliances. Easy for pets, close to the pool, basketball, fitness center, pet area. Beach was gorgeous and chair service for four included was a very nice touch. Minutes from restaurants, shopping, etc. We normally stay in Seaside but this is our new favorite spot. Super dog friendly!

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed everything about Miramar! The Condo was amazing just enough space. I loved how the kitchen had more than enough dishes, pots and pans. Everything a family needed to cook for the week. The location was just a short walk to the beach, pool was right in front of the condo door, The dumpsters were close, and so was the designated pet area. The beds were very comfortable, even the sleeper sofa. The beach chairs and umbrellas being set up made it so much easier to get comfortable on the beach quickly. Even the boys setting who took u to your seats was so polite and helpful. This was our favorite vacation place, and we will be back next week to this same condo! Being able to bring our furry baby was great.

Fantastic condo!

We had a great stay. This condo is impeccably clean! Plenty of towels, pillows and bed linens. Kitchen was very well outfitted with everything we needed. Property manager responded immediately and was very friendly and helpful. A short walk to the beach, and the included chair/umbrella beach service was a very nice perk! The gated Maravilla resort area is clean and well maintained. The swimming pool closest to the condo is very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!

First time in Florida and honestly the condo being right by the beach made the experience that much better. Everyone we ran into around the condo was super friendly. Host was nice enough to let us check in early. We definitely will be back!
