Ce nouveau développement consiste en 12 appartements de 1 et 2 chambres répartis sur 5 niveaux avec sécurité contrôlée, entrée de contrôle du clavier sans clé dans l'immeuble et une piscine privée partagée sur le toit équipée d'une grille de cuisson. Offrant un maximum de confort, cette unité est située dans le centre-ville de Playa del Carmen, à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons du quartier principal (5ème avenue), des meilleurs restaurants et des centres commerciaux où se déroulent toutes les activités. Wal-Mart est seulement à une courte distance de marche ainsi que la station de bus alternatif ADO.
Cet appartement de style loft comprend 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain et 2 canapés-lits, un canapé-lit (complet) situé sur le loft et un autre dans le salon (grand lit). Le loft comprend 3 Smart TV, une sur chaque chambre et une télévision supplémentaire sur la mezzanine.

The condo is very bright and modern. It has all the amenities needed. On the negative site the elevator did not work most of the time, and that sometime especialy at night we had a very noisy motor like sound inside the condo that was very loud. We had difficulty to sleep and had no idea where it came from we could ear it also in the stairway.

Hello Lise, I apologize for the motor sound. I was not aware that you had that problem, maybe it was because the elevator was not functioning properly and it was making that sound? The building administrator shut down the elevator and ordered new parts, most probably the sound will go away once the elevator is fixed, we're hoping to receive the part this week. The elevator problem is a common area that I don't have much control of, but we tried to address it as fast as we could. The part was ordered but the manufacturer is in Spain, that's the reason for the delay to get it fixed. Either way, I apologize that you had that problem at night; we will fix it and correct it. We hope you enjoyed the apartment and all the amenities provided. Thank you for your stay!

Great condo in playa

This condo is clean and comfy. Great location close to the action5th Ave but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Also close to Mega and El Fogon for great tacos.

I sent you the instructions on how to locate the apartment and the location of the restaurant you were asking about;. based on your questions, that's EXACTLY the area you wanted to stay. Excellent apartment in perfect location!

We stayed two weeks in the apartment and I would highly recommend it for a vacation to Playa del Carmen. The owner was great to communicate with and the local manager was very helpful. Location is great if you want to be close to everything yet away from the noise and business of 5th Ave. The two best grocery stores in PDC are a short walk away which is super convenient. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need to cook with and enjoy meals. Thank you Fabian!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property is about location! The alternate ADO bus station is just around the corner; Coco Bongo, Palazzo and many bars are just a couple of blocks away. The famous 5th ave is 3 blocks away and you will find the Quinta Alegria Mall on 12th ave where many shops are located and some of the best restaurants Playa has to offer. The ferry is a 10 minute walk where you can go to Cozumel and you will be on the island in 35 minutes; Walmart is a couple of blocks away or if you prefer, you can just go downstairs where a Circle K is just next door to grab some groceries or drinks. There are ice creams shops, Starbucks, Mexican restaurants, sushi, salad restaurants, everything you need withing walking distance, no need for a car!
