Sunshine and long beach walks

We really enjoyed our stay on Siesta Key. The weather was great so we were able to get in daily walks on the beach. The location was great as there are several restaurants nearby. The free Trolley will take you to the north side of the island for more shopping and restaurant choices.

Perfect for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will not comment on decor, as we knew what the condo looked like before renting. The condo was clean and had all the necessary appointments needed for a wonderful beach vacation! We had our two teenage boys with us, and found the condo to be conveniently located to everything. The beach is large and less crowded than other properties. We appreciated the security and size of the building. We enjoyed the spacious deck on the 5th floor for sunset viewing and even took in a game of family ping pong in the room by the pool. It was nice having 2 chairs available to us on the beach, but follow the rules if you need some extra (LOL). The chair guy takes his job seriously. Thank you again for one of the best beach vacations we have ever taken!

Parking

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While it was nice, I find it difficult when you have 2 couples travelling in different cars from different areas and only one parking space, to charge and additional 140.00 for the week to park a second car is a bit much. Also we rented mopeds for a 24 hour period and told we were not permitted to park them on property!

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo owners should consider comfort as well as aesthetics and update furniture in units. No technological features. WiFi was spotty- not ideal if working from there. Lanai furniture was old and looked dirty. Love the location and the overall property is clean and neat. Location is key to returning year over year.
