Bienvenue au paradis!
Cette unité Gulf View rénovée a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, 6 couchages. Le maître est remodelé et a un lit king size et salle de bain principale avec douche carrelée et sol. La 2ème chambre a également été rénovée avec 2 lits jumeaux. 2ème salle de bain a nouvelle zone de baignoire douche carrelée et plancher en céramique. Les ventilateurs de plafond et la t��lévision sont dans les chambres et le salon. Aussi l'unité a Internet sans fil! Il y a de nouveaux sols en céramique, sauf pour les 2 chambres qui ont un nouveau tapis. Cette unité a une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique depuis le canapé, la table de salle à manger ou le balcon. Il y a des chaises longues, une table et des chaises pour bronzer, manger ou tout simplement profiter de la vue sur la plage ou regarder le coucher de soleil! La plage contient 99% de sable de quartz qui ne brûle jamais les pieds, quelle que soit la température. C'est très blanc et poudré! Ou profitez de notre terrasse qui offre une vue fantastique! Encore une fois, bienvenue au paradis!

Suggest replacing glass tables with more functional and safe ones. Kitchen tools need to be replaced. Pots and Pans ok. Have been coming to HOS for over 20 years Will reconsider staying in same unit if above is not changed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was by far one of the best vacations our family has ever taken. Our unit was clean, the view was awesome we couldn’t see sunset but wasn’t a big deal because there are two sun decks to choose from or the beach. Everything was in walking distance, except the blvillage was a bit of a hike for kids. Everything was honestly 5 star except for the glass tables that my son literally sliced his toe open. We love siesta and will always stay at house of sun but they just have to get rid of the glass tables.

We had an issue with the master bedroom tv and it was addressed immediately. The gentlemen who came to fix it was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Fun in the sun

A perfect 10 days on theb beach. We couldn't say more about the location, cleanliness, amenities, and interactions throughout the rental process. We rented a car for easy access to other beaches, groceries, the village but that would not be necessary if you planned on staying at the property's own amazing beach. The weather was amazing, which no one can control, but we where surely lucky. Would rent here again no questions asked.

House of Sun is located perfectly and provides easy access to the beach and other amenities. Unit 312 is adequately outfitted and offers most everything you need to enjoy your time there, including a fabulous view of the beach. The unit does need updating and a refresh, but if you don’t care about those things, you can enjoy your time there and focus on the beach. (As a side note, the association is changing their pricing structure, which results in a HUGE increase for upcoming rentals.)

Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very easy to find, ideally located near the elevator. Everything was clean, organized and spacious for a family of four. I would say the beds do need upgrades, new beds pleases they are dated. The view and very good sized balcony was a welcomed treat every morning and throughout the day to relax and enjoy the view of the highly rate beach. The office staff were always welcoming, helpful and responsive to our questions, they were always just 1 phone call away. The maintenance staff were also very approachable, upon our arrival one of the building staff was very kind to retrieve a luggage cart for us and deliver it right to our car, he made us feel right at home.

Unit 312 was super clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped. Common areas were clean, easy access to beach, pool, parking, local restaurants and shops super close. Great location with easy access off island. Office staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again next trip to Siesta Key!
