Une nouvelle liste prête à se pavaner !! Située sur l’un des célèbres canaux de Marco Island, cette grande maison de trois chambres et deux salles de bains, ainsi qu’une pièce de détente clôturée, offre une détente idéale pour vos prochaines vacances en famille. Waterleaf Court peut maintenant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes (les images seront mises à jour pour refléter la nouvelle configuration):

Le Everywhere on Marco est proche de la plage et cette maison se trouve à seulement quelques minutes de route des points d'accès à la plage, ainsi que de l'Esplanade et du centre commercial Marco Town Center, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants de Marco. Il y a quelque chose pour tout le monde à faire!

We come to Marco 2 to 3 times a year. Our stay was excellent. The property managers was excellent to work with Mark did a beautiful job. We will definitely use this company again.

House was very clean and just as described/depicted in the photos. Plenty of room and very comfortable for an extended stay. No problems whatsoever. Mark stayed in touch to ensure we were happy throughout our visit. Communications regarding what is included and supplied are accurate.

Italian Extravaganza!

House is lovely but very formal. Most everything is super updated except the bathrooms and family room. Furniture and tiny toilets make it very hard for older adults. Beds are the most comfortable mattresses ever! Kitchen is very well appointed, needs plastic glasses for pool area.

Thank you for your review. The toilets and furniture are not unique to other properties we manage so I’m not sure why older adults would find them difficult to manage. The house is as pictured and I am glad you liked the mattresses.

House was perfect and had plenty of room for all 6 of us! Rooms, baths, and linens/towels were clean, kitchen and appliances (including washer/dryer) were large enough to accommodate food and laundry. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was amazing for relaxing in at night after a long day at Marco's south beach, which was approx. a 7 min. drive away. Having beach chairs, cart, and towels made available was a huge help.

Very nice house!

We just spent two weeks at this house and we were really pleased with it. He house is centrally located on Marco and the street is quiet with friendly neighbors. It’s an older home (Marco Island appropriate) but the floor plan is good. The house is well maintained, is stocked with kitchen essentials and was clean. The pool and lanai areas were also nice and clean. The cable TV is “real” cable (not the free streaming junk). A gift basket with a bottle of wine was there when we checked in which was a nice touch. I recommend!!

331 Waterleaf Ct Review

We had a lovely stay on Marco Island. The house was great (could use a little TLC)—but worked out well. Close to beaches and everything! Suited our family of 5 perfectly - although we had some small issues relative to AC (wouldn’t go below 72) and dryer did not work. Mark (house manager) was very attentive and got back to us instantly and did his best to resolve these issues. He was most helpful as well with restaurant and activity suggestions for our family. All up we had a wonderful time. Just think the owner needs to address these appliance issues and house would be a 5-star.

Awesome time!

We traveled down to Marco Island from Ocala with my mother to stay for a nice relaxing vacation. We found the house to be in an excellent location, and in excellent repair. Everything was extremely clean and we had just about everything we needed including some dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. We were grateful for the ability to bring our dog who enjoyed the house as much as we did. The pool was the perfect size and was also very clean. The fish were jumping in the canal every morning and evening - that was fun to watch. There were even fishing poles in the garage to use if we wanted!The only things that we found that could use addressing is the French doors in the master bedroom could use some blackout shades as they face East and there is only a flimsy drape over the windows, and maybe some more variety of pans and a real toaster in the kitchen (right now it's just a toaster oven and the timer gets stuck so burns the bread if you're not watching closely). We do cook our own breakfast so we don't have to get dressed too early, and we cooked a few dinners as well. The restaurants in Marco Island are awesome - we try to go at least once a year and we found a new place that we like a lot Marco Island Brewery. Excellent food and decent prices with great service. Overall a great time and we would love to stay here again!

Better than expected

We stayed at this great Marco Island house for 5 days during Thanksgiving. We brought so many things from home like certain pots, pans, and cookie sheets for cooking meals not knowing what the home would have. We didn’t need to bring anything as the home had everything we needed and then some! There was even a rolling cart for the beach. We put this on our Xmas list of must haves! The house is even bigger and better in person than the photos depict. It’s perfect for being able to spread out with adults. Close drive to the beach. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely come again.

Relaxing getaway

Marks house is amazing. Very large and exactly as described. Very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. The house is on a canal which the pool overlooks. We sat out on the lanai all day everyday and it’s great that it’s screened in and there are 2 fans that keep you cool. Mark was super helpful when we thought we had an issue that turned out to be nothing. He went out of his way and was a great host. Very quick to respond to any message! Would definitely go back

Relaxing Vacation

Island Paradise

Marco Island is a great location to have fun and relax but Mark’s made my getaway perfect. The house is perfectly decorated yet comfortable and inviting. We didn’t have to go too far to have a real “dolphin encounter” : they were swimming right in front of us, while we enjoyed the pool. Staying in a house gives you a lot of flexibility, so we took advantage of that: no set time to have breakfast, ordering from local restaurants some days, barbecuing on others. It was everything a little paradise can offer!

One of the great things about staying at a canal home is catching a glimpse (or a mouth if you like to fish) of the local wildlife. I am so glad you got to see dolphin swimming in the canal and while I pay them good money, they are hit and miss showing up ;-) Come back whenever you need a “little paradise” in your life.
