Welcome was great regardless of our really late arrival following flight delays. Apartment had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. Great complex, huge swimming pools so even though there were lots of people we never felt crowded. Would stay again if more than 2 of use.

Nice apartment with a lovely view. Had everything we needed and a lovely touch was having beach towels as well as bath towels. Updated kitchen but the apartment is getting tired in places. This didn’t spoil our stay and overall we really enjoyed our holiday. Parque Santiago 3 is a beautiful complex and we will be back. Thank you!

Perfect location

Accommodation was so central we had stayed in this complex before and the place was just perfect. The booking process was so easy and the minute we arrived at the accommodation we were greeted and taken to our room with no problem at all. Will definitely be back and would recommend. Great base for a holiday

Lovely apartment, everything you need available. Clean, air con, balcony, location all great. Host helpful, friendly we had no need to contact once there as no problems. Balcony could do with some tlc but I'm sure they will get around to it.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location

We have stayed in this apartment before, the location is great in a quiet spot on the complex overlooking the gardens and sea view. The apartment was very clean and tidy, check in/out was easy, met outside reception and had help taking cases to the room. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Especially love the outside space with loungers and seating area Definitely recommend and we will be booking again for our next trip.

One of the best apartments in Parque Santiago III

Parque Santiago III is our favourite place to stay in Tenerife. It's in a great location, has a fantastic pool area and is close to some lovely sandy beaches and smashing restaurants. We've stayed at many different apartments in Parque Santiago III and this one has been the best so far. It's a good size, nicely furnished and well kitted out. The hosts were brilliant and very helpful, All in all highly recommended.

Lovely short break

Beautiful, clean and modern apartment. Newly fitted kitchen looked lovely although we didn’t really use. Lovely airy spacious accommodation, quieter than some areas of the complex I’ve previously stayed which was a definite bonus, beds were comfortable, apartment was cleaned to a high standard. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

The Property was Great

The property was exactly as advertised. We were delighted with it. The location was excellent as was the property, Check in was Easy, We were met at the entrance exactly as we were told. Juan who was very friendly and helpful showed us around the flat. We got 2 keys and 2 gate cards and getting wristbands for the pool was very straightforward. On the last day, as nobody new was arriving, we were given the apartment until 5pm which was a great help as we had a late departure flight. All in all I would thoroughly recommend and would not hesitate to book this property again.

Comfortable Stay

We have stayed at Parque Santiago apartments previously, so know the size/layout of the apartments and exactly where we wanted to be. This is a great size apartment for a family of 4. The apartment overlooks the kids pool (in La Palma block) with slides and balcony gets sun from approx. 10.30am onwards throughout the whole day. The apartment itself is very comfortable and functional, albeit tired in places. Just a little maintenance, that wouldn't cost a lot, would really make this a great apartment e.g. paint pealing off in various places, shelves missing from door in fridge which made it difficult to store items etc. We were happy to see through these things though as we love the location of the apartment and for the price we paid, we would stay again. Given that many of the apartments in Parque Santiago blocks are being refurbished currently, this apartment would require some work to compete with those. However I would be happy to stay here again if the price remained the same. The hosts communication was excellent and response time very quick for any queries. All spoke brilliant English (sorry I don't speak Spanish).

Parfait !

Très joli appartement, propre, avec magnifique vue sur la mer. La piscine de la résidence est très grande (attention eau salée). L’appartement est parfaitement situé, au pied de la rue la plus animée et commerçante d’un côté, et la plage de l’autre. Contact et accueil parfaits. N’hésitez pas !!

Wohnung mit Abstrichen

Von der Buchung bis hin zum Check in hat alles super geklappt! Sehr freundliches Personal der Agentur. Zur Wohnung: hier muss auf jeden Fall was getan werden. Küche und Bad hier sollte man wirklich über eine Neuanschaffung nachdenken. Kühlschrank viel zu klein und kein richtiges Gefrierfach. Balkontüren waren nicht abschließbar ( was aber behoben wurde). Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz so gut. Auf den Deckenventilatoren 2 cm dick der Staub, Fugen im Bad mussten erneuert werden usw. Ich denk man kann diese Wohnung mit nicht all zu viel Geld sehr gut auf neueren Stand bringen. Für uns für dieses Geld nicht akzeptabel. Wer mit einem Leihwagen kommt, gerade zur Ferienzeit, einen Parkplatz in naher Umgebung zu finden ist eine Katastrophe. Wir mussten in 3 Wochen mindestens die Hälfte der Zeit 1,5 km zu einem Parkplatz laufen, außer man parkt im Parkhaus gegenüber was sehr teuer ist. Die Parkplatzsuche hat uns sicherlich einen halben Tank und viele Nerven gekostet!! Die Anlage an sich ist sehr gepflegt und für Kinder super! Auch die Nähe zum Strand war für uns prima! Die Lager der Wohnung: man hat alles was man braucht direkt vor der Tür und wer viel Trubel möchte am Abend, ist hier richtig. Sauberkeit der Wo dick der Staub, im bad

Es tut uns sehr Leid, das die Gäste keinen Parkplatz fanden. Es gibt gegenüber dem Apartment Haus ein grosses Parkhaus wo ein Tagesticket 16.80 € aber bei mehr als 10 Tagen Aufenthalt bekommt man einen Spezialpreis, ein Monats ticket kostet 70 Euro. Wir haben aus dieser Erfahrung gelernt. Das Apartment wurde an diesem Tag um 10.00 Uhr von den vorherigen Kunden verlassen. Normalerweise brauchen wir 5 Stunden mit 2 Personen um das Apartment gründlich zu reinigen und auf Schäden aufmerksam zu werden. Durch den Einzug der Gäste um 12.45 hatten hierfür wir leider keine Zeit. 2 cm Staub auf einem Ventilator sind lächerlich der würde durch die Luft geschleudert werden. Das Bad wurde 2021 renoviert, leider hatten die vorherigen Kunden den Unterschrank kaputt gemacht. Dieser wurde erneuert..
