Eric was a great host, great communicator and made our stay comfortable. The house was in a superb location if you want to explore downtown Hit Springs and easy to pop out to the surrounding area. The home was very charming along with being clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The house was perfect the pictures didnt do it justice. It was located perfect for everything we wanted to do close to the downtown area and very quiet neighborhood we will definitely stay her again the host was good at staying in touch to see of we needed anything.

This was our second time to stay in this beautiful home! It’s so close to Central Avenue at tucked away in a sweet, quiet neighborhood. The amenities are nice, from the kitchen to the jet tub, and the beds are so comfortable! You won’t be disappointed with your stay here

Beautiful home with a great host

Our experience with this home and the owner/host was exceptional! The home is very beautiful and acommodated us quite well! We loved everything about the home. The beautiful paintings are a plus with a beautiful backstreet. (Ask Eric about them) Eric is an awesome host that communicated thoroughly throughout our stay! He made sure everything was going well. He is a perfect host with a perfect home! 10/10

Very convenient to all of downtown, and hot springs nat'l park. Everything needed in the kitchen, we were not in need of anything! Especially enjoyed the screened in front porch!

I can’t say enough about this house! It was absolutely beautiful, great communication with host. More than enough amenities in the home. The master bed was so comfortable! We felt right at home and can’t wait to visit again. Great location to downtown area and Oaklawn.

Very nice place

Enjoyed our stay and all was as advertised. Close to the national park with many hiking trails. Would recommend this to place to anyone!

Love this house and the location!

The pictures don’t even do it justice, this house is BEAUTIFUL and in the perfect location to downtown/Central Avenue! My kids wanted to buy the house and never leave I highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

The Cutest Cottage

I wish I could give our stay 20 stars out of 10!! Check in was a breeze, the house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were super close to Bath Row and restaurants. Safe, quiet neighborhood. The beds were incredibly comfortable too!! We’re already making plans to come back. Thank you, Eric!
