Bienvenue dans notre famille à la vÎtre! Notre principal objectif est d'étendre les meilleures expériences de Hocking County à votre famille d'une façon dont vous vous souviendrez pour toujours. Nous sommes fiers de faire en sorte que les cabines sont à l'entiÚre satisfaction de tous les partis, fournissant tous les équipements nécessaires, ainsi que d'une expérience de vous connecter réellement avec la nature. Comme une entreprise familiale, nous faisons notre principal objectif est de fournir tout son possible ainsi que l'ajout de notre touche personnelle à rendre cette expérience inoubliable. We couldn't be happier! The house was spacious and well stocked with linens, towels, all kitchen appliances including coffee maker and a Keurig. The pots and pans were nice quality and the kitchen knives were sharp! We were celebrating our anniversary and my husband's birthday, the hosts were gracious enough to leave a small cake for us to help us celebrate! The bed was very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. The back deck had a gate on it to help keep our dog from running off.The decor was warm and inviting, playing up the cabin in the woods theme. The house itself was at the end of the road, with no view other houses, making it very secluded. If I had any complaints it would be the lightning. The kitchen lighting was very inadequate, making it a little hard to see while cooking, and the bathroom lights could be brighter as well. Other than those small details we were very happy with our experience.

Our host was very accommodating. She made sure we had plenty of towels. The house was cozy. We had an enjoyable stay. We even got to take a hike to Old Man Caves before the weather got too cold!

The whole place was lovely, the bedrooms are really nice and the hot tub is always a huge plus. The owner was accommodating and let us check in early (we had some technical difficulties) and was very quick to respond. Overall, it was great! Well worth the price.

We did a last minute overnight trip. The cabin was beautiful. It was clean. The hot tub was nice and relaxing after hiking all day. The only flaw was we did not use the fire pit out front due to a lot of slugs, cobwebs and spiders on the provided seating and the Jacuzzi bathtub off the master bedroom was out of order. We were gonna try to use the fireplace inside instead of the fire pit but we could not figure out how to get it to work. It was pretty late in the night at that point so we did not reach out to the host. The host did have great communication. Overall would stay here again.

Check in is super easy quick and fast. I loved the kitchen we could cook and sit and visit and just make it a place for us all to hang out. WiFi was great although we were there to disconnect from tech we did watch a movie as a family.

Cabin was perfect for our stay, really hoping I can return with other family members before too much longer. Hot tub felt amazing, kitchen well stocked, loved the bedrooms being at opposite ends of the cabin. This was a fantastic place to stay! We used both firepits and the hot tub and really enjoyed all parts of the place. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the wifi worked well and the beds were comfortable. There is even a couch in the master bedroom where my daughter slept since she decided she didn't want to share a bed with me! She rated it comfortable. The owners warned us the hot/cold were switched in the master and it took one day to realize that we had to leave it running on cold for a full minute or two before the hot got warm, but besides that - everything was great. We would definitely stay again!

Quiet spot close to all the Hocking Hills sites!

Loved the backyard fire pit! Master bedroom was quite comfy! Made dinner and enjoyed the family room! Perfect spot!

Lovely cabin in a forest paradise

Secluded in a forest echoing with birdsong, this cabin has all the amenities for a luxury stay inside, with the peace and beauty of an undeveloped forest site in the middle of nature outside. The little touches left by the host, such as snacks and a pup kit were greatly appreciated. It could use a few more towels and saucepans if you were to be staying longer, but for our long weekend we had everything we needed, and more! There are some trails on the property and wildflowers abound. I can't say enough good things about this place. Please don't ever cut down these woods, we will be back time and time again! I have to stress that this is a quiet and secluded property, with no other houses in sight, as that's something I look for in a cabin. Wish we had more time, our first pup is dying of cancer; we made this the best long weekend ever for her, and this cabin was a big part of that. Thanks again for a great cabin, and we look forward to staying longer someday soon!

Fantastic family getaway

Great location. Everything as described. Had a great time relaxing at the house after a good day of hiking. Nice trail up into the woods to see the sunset and lots of birds. Will return again!

Great stay in Hocking Hills!

We enjoyed exploring the property and relaxing in the hot tub. Nice and close to lots of hikes. Everything we needed to grill some delicious dinners. It must be stink bug season, because we saw lots that snuck their way inside. We had a lovely spring break stay!

This was a great cabin in the woods. Close to tar hallow and hocking hills. Close enough to small the local towns for shopping. Highly recommend for a getaway trip

The Koblitz family has been visiting Hocking Hills for the last 40+ years, and in 2015 decided to build our own legacy. 

Ian, with 20 years of real estate experience, found his true calling in short-term rentals. He is the visionary and mastermind behind our properties – each designed to offer a one-of-a-kind stay. Alongside his wife, Megan, they have turned their love for real estate into something truly special – dedicating themselves to creating unique and memorable experiences for each of their guests.

In the last decade, we have grown our portfolio to include our OG Family Cabin, Treehouse, Underground Earth Home, Grain Silo, Airstream Glamper, and our newest Retro Cabin. 

However, we are NOT a big cabin company! Every property has been carefully designed, constructed, remodeled, and maintained by us. Our team is truly a family affair!
