Si vous aimez être près de tout et que la plage est à portée de main, Gulf Place 2 est l'endroit où vous souhaitez aller. Détendez-vous dans Splendor avec vue sur la plage dans le salon principal. Il y a des couchers de soleil spectaculaires depuis le porche Lanai sur la plage du golfe du Mexique. Vous pouvez vous prélasser au bord de la piscine chauffée, isolée par un paysage luxuriant, contre le golfe, ou emprunter le chemin d'accès à la plage pour profiter de ses brises salées et de ses eaux aquatiques. Les chaises longues sur la terrasse ensoleillée offrent une vue directe à votre famille en train de jouer.

La chambre principale offre le confort d'un lit king size, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un dressing, d'une salle de bains privative et d'une douche à l'italienne au charme côtier fraîchement mis à jour. La deuxième chambre, lumineuse et accueillante, comprend également un lit king-size et de nombreux rangements pour vos longs séjours. La troisième chambre dispose de lits jumeaux avec dressing, en face d'une blanchisserie complète.

La cuisine mise à jour et bien équipée ouvre sur la salle à manger et le salon avec des sièges confortables sur trois canapés, donnant tous sur le sable soyeux qui attire les gens à Anna Maria. Vous ne vous lasserez jamais de regarder le coucher du soleil dans le confort de votre maison ou de manière plus vivante le long du rivage.

Le complexe dispose de ses propres courts de tennis et se trouve sur la route du tramway. Our March visit from PA with our daughters was perfect. So perfect we have booked next year already. The other tenants were kind and helpful. View of beach and sunsets were spectacular. The pool was perfectly situated. The condo layout was open and the bedrooms just what we needed for 6 adults. Kitchen well stocked. There was maintenance of railings going on during our visit - which indicates the property is well-maintained and held to code. Hate to wish our life away - but so excited to return in 2027!! Thank you for a wonderful family experience.

Location is Everything!

Best location on the beach! Condo itself was nice but could use just a little TLC. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Over all our stay was amazing and everyone is trying to figure out when we can go back!

Unit was exceptionally clean. We have stayed at Gulf Place for several years. Never disappoints. Only concern is lack of trash receptacles. Need to bring dumpster back.

Balcony on the beach was the perfect place to watch the sunset

We really enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island. The condo is located right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sand and water. The open concept of the condo was perfect for our family to hang out at the end of a beach day. The pool area was nice with a view of the ocean. The communication with the rental agency was easy they promptly answered any questions I had.

Great view and location!

We have stayed on AMI many times and this was the first time we were able to stay on the beach. The view was fantastic! The unit was perfect for our family. It was updated and equipped with everything we needed. We never had any issues and felt very comfortable. We loved it so much, we have already re-booked the same place for an upcoming trip.

Beautiful setting

The property was just as promised. The location on the beach meant steps to the beach for walking along the water and seating on the balcony for enjoying the waves and the sunsets. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more! There were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer to freshen them when we needed. Lovely vacation - beautiful place for a retreat.

Property was amazing, the views from balcony of daily sunsets were awesome. We have already rebooked for next year. Few things needed repair, and a little pricey. But that being said we had a awesome time.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

We loved this home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that there were not enough towels. We had 6 bath towels for 6 people and 6 beach towels. We were constantly washing towels. But other than that everything was amazing.

Lovely quiet Oceanside Property

We loved the location, view, distance to the trolley, and the quiet beautiful beach. It was perfect for our needs. 2 king beds was a plus. There were a few maintenance items that could use attention ( loose chair leg, lightbulbs out, etc and we left a note for management) but we highly recommend this condo. FYI There were some some broken chairs and boogie board in the outside closet you probably want to throw away. We brought our own so it wasn’t a problem. We are grateful to have been able to stay at this restful place.

Great condo only steps from the sand

We had a great stay at Gulf Place 2 with our family. The unit had everything we needed. Beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas, etc. were provided. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We especially loved how close we were to the gulf. We could watch our older kids down at the beach from the balcony. There was a lot of small ants all over the kitchen area and we found several palmetto bugs that we had to get rid of. The king beds were some what comfortable, they had a big piece of foam on the top of the mattresses which made the beds too soft for our liking. But, overall we would definitely come back and stay again.
