Cette unité est sans doute la plus belle unité avec les meilleures vues à 2700. Il s'agit d'un grand deux chambres avec coin nuit et a été entièrement rénové et meublé en 2017 et offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis chaque chambre. Superficie totale en pieds carrés 2360.

Il y a un immense balcon donnant sur l'océan avec une table à manger de 6 places, une causeuse, des chaises et des chaises longues où vous pourrez vous détendre et regarder et écouter l'océan.

L'unité a un bel éclairage au plafond, des sols en marbre et est meublée par un designer en 2017.

Il y a deux chambres, chacune avec lits king et leur propre salle de bain privée. Il y a une 1/2 salle de bain supplémentaire dans le salon.

Il y a une belle tanière / bureau avec un grand bureau qui permet une vue directe sur l'océan. Être à un bureau n'a jamais été aussi agréable.

Il y a des téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et dans les deux chambres ainsi qu'une connexion sans fil haut débit dans l'ensemble. Un lave-linge séchant et un évier de nettoyage sont tous dans l'unité.

Tous les placards ont des systèmes de placards et l'unité est entièrement meublée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

C'est vraiment une unité et une expérience uniques.

Veuillez noter que des travaux de construction sont en cours au Ritz, car le stuc est remplacé à l'extérieur des bâtiments et les balustrades des balcons sont remplacées. C'est toujours un bel immeuble et une propriété mais je voulais le mentionner. Les tarifs ont été abaissés jusqu'en octobre 2018. Amazing stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. It was very well supplied, for more than just a week. We had breakfast every day on the oceanfront patio……so pleasant. The beds were comfortable, shower was hot and strong. The beach is wide and long, cushioned pool lounges make it hard to leave at the end of the day.The owner, Bob, is very easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again!

Spectacular and Stunning!

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton Residences unit with “Stunning Ocean Views From Every Room” for Thanksgiving week was perfect. The pool and beach are wonderful and the service is great too. The staff are all welcoming and very helpful. The unit is immaculate and very well-equipped. The kitchen features All-Clad cookware, the beds are extremely comfortable, the furnishings and décor are stylish and up-to-date, and the ocean views are spectacular! The host is terrific, readily available and easy to contact. Everyone had a great time and we look forward to making this annual tradition.

Seeking sunshine

Last minute trip to Florida looking for sunshine. We've never been to the Palm Bech area so thought we'd give this Ritz property a try. The unit was spectacular! The views were perfect, the unit was spotless and comfortble, and the property had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast in the unit, ate lunch at the grill by the pool, and went out to some fabulous dinners. Very relaxing. Would highly recommend!

I have owned at the Ritz Residences since 2012. I enjoyed the property and area so much I have upgraded twice (this is the 3rd unit I have owned).

I use an on-site management company for repair and cleaning, although I rent the unit out myself. I do not rent this property out full time as I come down often from the Chicago area.

I look for guests who will treat the property as their own.

The Ritz Residences is the nicest place on Singer Island with the best amenities, concierge, facilities and location. Perhaps most importantly it is the least crowded and very peaceful. Most units can not be rented for less than 3 months at a time so there is relatively low turnover.

The Ritz has an upper pool, infinity lower pool, restaurant, private beach, fitness center, theater, private assigned parking and high speed wireless throughout. Everything is included including towel service at the pool and beach chairs.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

All rooms with unobstructed ocean views. The unit is arguably the perfect level with great views of the ocean, but low enough where you don't feel too high. The "04" floor plan is a great unit with a great layout.

New construction with new professionally decorated and designed with furniture that is comfortable and practical. Everything including the linens, towels and amenities are of the highest quality.
