We loved staying here. The views are spectacular especially the sunsets! The condo is perfect for a family beach week. The kitchen and beach locked are well stocked. We highly recommend staying here.

Best location on Marco. Gracious host and ALL you need to relax and enjoy is included. Highly recommend 1601 after many stays on Marco.

We had an excellent week and would happily return. This is the 2nd time in 2 years that we have booked this condo. The condo is exactly as pictured and described, and is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway on Marco Island!

This condo was the nicest one I've stayed in... And I've stayed in some nice ones. The host, Jenny, was so responsive any time I contacted. She was great to work with.The whole condo was spotless. The beach view was wonderful and the laundry was excellent.I would definitely stay here again.

This is the type of place that you don’t want to tell anyone about because you want it all to yourself! This was hands down the best place we’ve stayed on Marco island. We can’t wait to plan our next trip!!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay here at Marco Island. The condo was very nicely renovated, comfortable beds and furniture. And the view was incredible! Being an end unit on the point gave you water views from every window (we called it our cruise ship because being on the 16th floor all you can see is the beautiful Gulf of Mexico). And absolutely stunning sunsets. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything except the weather was great! The condo was perfect location and the view was exceptional. Check in and check out was easy. The location was perfect, and with us being familiar with the area made it even better. Would love to stay again. Communication with Ginny was great!

This was my 5th trip to Marco and this property is one of the nicest that I’ve experienced. Ginny is a wonderful host and very communicative. The family has thought about every last detail for their guests. Highly recommend!

Stunning Views and Amazing Location

Absolutely breathtaking views, perfect location and you can't get any closer to the water! Second time staying on the Island, Sea Winds did not disappoint! Owners very responsive, friendly staff and beautiful grounds! Discovered new places such as the perfect organic coffee and pastries from Wake up Marco to exceptional meals and entertainment at the Smith House in Olde Marco! We will definitely be back!
