Great place for a great time.

We walked almost everywhere. Very convenient to Metro. Felt safe and secure. Host is very accommodating. Apartment is very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely apartment. We were greeted when we arrived by Etienne, who showed us around and made recommendations for dining. It was very spacious and in a wonderful area. We loved the cafes just outside the apartment building. We had no trouble getting to the metro and also walked around the area to sites! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Retreat in Paris

Our family of five - 3 young adult “children” really enjoyed our stay. After touring in Paris that included 20,000 steps Helen’s place was great to come back and recharge. There are 3 metros within a short walk and lots of restaurants.

Spring in Paris

Wonderful location, sunny apartment with enough rooms for everyone to have their own space. The two bedrooms rooms off the main street were a bit noisy but we would stay there again.

Feel like a Parisian!

We loved the apartment of Helene! It is not just convenient to walk to many important tourist attractions but also has everything you need to make you feel as if you were living in Paris. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants, general grocery and specialty stores, fun to walk around. We would highly recommend staying there.

Great Apartment

Helen was a great host and her apartment was very spacious and clean. It is in a great location that has many restaurants and is only 5 minutes from three Metro stations. There’s a grocery store down the block so we could have breakfast in the apartment. Helen left of a great bottle of wine and some snacks. Highly recommended for a family exploring Paris!

Comfortable and beautiful property

We were here to visit with adult children and to enjoy Paris. The location is excellent: an attractive neighborhood and very safe with numerous restaurants and cafes close by. Also though Blv. Montparnasse is busy it is more with locals than tourists. The building security is excellent and the 5th floor (accessible by an elevator) has attractive views. Overall the large apartment is large enough for five adults to relax (or work remotely) in comfort. Finally Helene, the owner is charming and very helpful. We would definitely return in the future.

Best Parisienne Experience!

Highly recommend a stay in Helene's eclectic and comfortable apartment. It's perfect to explore Paris and get the feel of being a local. The flat is located in a beautiful neighborhood, in a safe and clean building (with a lift). There are many excellent cafes, brassieres', and shops all around. We loved it so much we wanted to add extra days on to our stay. The apt is super cute, well stocked with appliances and everything you would need to feel at home (blow-dryer, washer, fans for the rooms). We would definitely plan to stay again on future trips. Book this place!

Great for family of five

Helene's communication was perfect. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the apartment. The three bedrooms were very comfortable but the two that face the street receive a bit of noise so if you are a very light sleeper you will prefer the room that faces the back. The apartment is exactly as pictured. You will feel very comfortable and at home. We enjoyed the location and the surrounding restaurants and will definitely stay here again if we visit Paris in the future.

Helene’s apartment was an ideal location for our family of four (2 kids under 16) plus a grandma! Prior to our arrival Helene was extremely helpful answering all of our questions promptly and even shared some local recommendations which added to our enjoyment of the area.The space is lovely and inviting and we really enjoyed the open veranda to let in light and air. The electronic shades on the windows were also great at night to block out the late sunset light and any noise from the street. We also were Very appreciative of the lift in the building - especially for my 83 year old mother - which made getting our group and our luggage upstairs. It is small but mighty!The location is ideal and, as others have mentioned, is very centrally located and within walking distance of several metro stations so it is easy to get around. Bonus tip, you can see the Eiffel Tower from the median in the street right in front of the building!We loved our time in Montparnasse and highly recommend this location if you want an easy, welcoming space to come back to after your full days in Paris!

Large family-sized flat

Excellent location within a few blocks of several metro stations, nearby cafes, restaurants, and groceries. It is within walking distance of the major Paris attractions if you prefer walking as opposed to taking the train. Helene was easy to communicate with. There was plenty of room for six of us (double beds in each of three bedrooms). There is dishwasher, microwave, fridge stove, oven, and washing machine (which we didn't use). The lift is quite small so we mostly took the stairs (5 flights). It is on a major street corner, so it was a little noisy in the evening, but was quiet at night. Paris was cool during our stay (20's C / 70's F), and we were comfortable with the windows open (good ventilation).

Charming apartment in a Fantastic location

Fabulous!!! I visited with my wife and two two other family members for four nights. Perfect location, well equipped, short distance to Eiffel Tower, amazing shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. Supermarket a few doors up for essentials. Rooms perfect, 100% cleaning standards, immaculate, could not fault cleanliness/hygiene at all. Beautifully decorated, surrounded with book & art. Felt very French Close to Metro stations although we mostly walked. Located on a busy street, wasn’t bothered by any noise at all, was on 5th floor with great view of the streetscape. Opened the patio doors onto the balcony at night and sat back with a glass of wine & soaked in the ambiance & the hustle of bustle of Paris below. Would highly recommend and stay again definitely, the apartment made our trip to Paris even more magical. 5 stars well deserved, Thankyou.

Paris mit der Familie entdecken

Guter Ausgangspunkt um Paris auch mit einer größeren Familie zu entdecken. Fantastisch für Frühstückseinkäufe sind der kleine Bäcker und ein kleiner Mini Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Die Wohnung ist prima gelegen, um Paris in alle Richtungen zu erkunden: 3 U-Bahn-Stationen in nächster Nähe (direkte Linie zum Montmartre, Gare de L'Est, Notre Dame, 1x umsteigen zum Louvre), zu Fuß zum Tour Montparnasse für einen ersten Blick über die Stadt… wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Great apartment in a great location

Our family stayed for four nights in October and loved the apartment and location. The owner was very responsive and helpful during check in and out. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance and close to three metro stations. Thanks Helene for a wonderful stay!
