Cet appartement du XVIIIe siècle extrêmement raffiné et élégamment meublé présente des plafonds de 11 pieds, 10 fenêtres, du parquet et des moulures d'origine, des sols en pierre dans les salles de bains et le hall d'entrée, une vue sur le jardin et un service de ménage hebdomadaire.

Situé au deuxième étage d'un immeuble historique de quatre étages, cet appartement de 1 400 pieds carrés est équipé d'une cuisine moderne avec comptoir en marbre et cuisinière à gaz, lave-vaisselle, coin repas, hall d'entrée, salon, 1 immense chambre des m une chambre supplémentaire avec canapé-lit queen, sécurité du bâtiment, télévision à écran plasma, laveuse / sécheuse, quatre grands placards, internet haut débit WiFi / câble, téléphone.

Mais ce n’est pas pour ça que vous voulez aller à Paris:

L'appartement est situé sur la Rive Gauche (rive gauche), à ​​un pâté de maison de la Seine (en face du Louvre) et à cinq minutes à pied du Café de Flore et de Saint-Germain.

C’est la «crème de la crème» en ce qui concerne les adresses - au centre du quartier des antiquaires, à proximité de tous les types d’achats de luxe, de la proximité des marchés, du fleuriste, de la poste et de la pharmacie. A lovely and very spacious property. Catherine was amazingly attentive with communication, even during very late hours at her location. We had a last-minute change in our plans that required some flexibility on Catherine’s part, and she was extremely accommodating. Strongly recommend.

You will live your Paris dream in this apartment. Every amenity is provided. Catherine was an excellent host and quickly responded to any questions. The apartment is one block from the Seine. Every morning I took a brisk walk through the Tuileries. Lots of interesting shops. If you love wallpaper, those shops are beyond. We were running around all day and then retreated to the apartment to make a simple meal and plop into bed (which was perfect, very important). We look forward to staying there again someday. The place is just beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris and at Catherine’s apartment. The space has a wonderful character to it—one side opens to the street while the other looks out onto a beautiful, peaceful courtyard, giving you the best of both atmospheres. Inside, it’s thoughtfully decorated with art that gives it the feel of a classic Parisian salon, full of charm without feeling overdone.The apartment itself is quite spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of room to settle in comfortably. The location couldn’t be much better—just a block from the Seine, within easy walking distance of many major sights, and only a couple of blocks from the metro for getting further around the city.It does have a bit of personality, and there are a few specific ways things are meant to be used, but that’s part of staying in a real home rather than a generic rental. For us, it added to the experience. We truly loved our time there and would happily stay again.

Wonderful apartment in great location

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment and I can not recommend it highly enough. It’s in the perfect location to explore Paris and the apartment itself is wonderful. Quiet, clean and has all the amenities that one would need. The building is very secure and the owner is super responsive. Definitely would stay again.

A wonderful place in Paris!

We enjoyed our two week stay in this wonderful apartment, perfect for a special Paris celebration. Beautifully appointed, clean and spacious, this lovely residence is located on a quiet street but centrally located. The owner is delightful to deal with and cares about her guests. The host/housekeeper is so helpful and welcoming. All in all, a very special place!

Perfect Location to Explore Paris by Foot

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities and plenty of space. Literally down the street from Musee D’Orsay and a block from the Seine. In Saint Germain neighborhood which is perfect location for exploring Paris - within walking distance to all major museums and full of great stores and restaurants. Comfortable apartment in the heart of Paris

My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Catherine’s apartment for 8 nights over New Year’s. Great size for 3 people (4 would fit comfortably, too). The rooms were spacious for relaxing and 3 bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen was quaint and contained all the necessities for a long stay. The location was ideal for walking to many of the major sites in Paris. Lots of shops for specialty foods and great restaurant options within blocks of the apartment. We would definitely stay again.

I love this apartment ! Having stayed there in the past ...pre-covid ....the apartment is still wonderful and well maintained . The housekeeper Ruth is very attentive to any needs you might have and is extremely helpful ! The apartment owner is great...always responds to any questions quickly . Exactly as advertised !

We spent a month in this beautiful, spacious apartment. Having 2+ bathrooms was great. We were able to have our meals in the kitchen or at the living room/salon table. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The neighborhood is lovely, with easy access to cafes, several restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, bus stops and more. We also really appreciated the weekly housekeeping. Communication with the owner Catherine was easy as she was always responsive to our inquiries. We had a wonderful stay !

Fabulous week in Paris !!

We just completed a wonderful week stay at this great apartment ! Total attention to all details . All began with being met early morning by the great housekeeper and then finding a charming well appointed apartment complete with fresh flowers and a bottle of champagne ! We will definitely return ! The building and the apartment felt totally secure and is the perfect left bank location . The owner was always very responsive to all my emails .

Trusted and very nice housekeeper who has worked for me for over 15 years. She speaks fluently English and French and keeps the apartment spotless and all in perfect working order. She is of invaluable help when you need directions, or help with shopping in the neighborhood. Very discreet building, late or loud parties are not permitted, no smoking, no pets.
