Great for families

Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. Kids loved the two pools. Condo was clean and worked well for us. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

Great Location! Great accommodations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, I found the unit spotless and well cared for. The view from the unit is beautiful. The water heater was not supplying warm/hot water and as soon as the office was notified, a brand new water heater was installed. Maid service and maintenance service is outstanding. I do recommend that a new coffee machine be supplied. I will return to Regal Beach and the same unit again. I truly enjoyed my vacation and Cayman Villas is the best company to help you find a great rental on the island.

Great Location, Well Priced and Nice Ocean View!

We stayed for a week at Regal Beach. The unit was a little dated but nicely decorated and had a lovely ocean view. It had all of the kitchen supplies we needed as well as a washer and dryer. The master bed needs a new mattress, as does the hide a bed couch. Until the pull out bed gets a new mattress I would not recommend anyone sleep on it, so maximum 4 guests for the unit. Our contract had daily cleaning but we only had our unit cleaned once in 7 days. When the staff ask if you need anything, you must specifically ask them to clean the unit or it will not be done. We figured this out on day 6! We did ask for fresh towels daily. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Our kids loved the tennis court and used it frequently for tennis, pickleball and basketball.

Best vacation ever!

This is our second time staying at the Regal Beach Club. Both times we stayed everything was absolutely perfect. We were a little concerned this last time because the beach is almost completely gone but it did not affect our kids at all. We still had so much fun enjoying the water. We will definitely be coming back for years to come.

Relaxing

Our family had a very relaxing and enjoyable time in the Grand Caymans. Our condo was very clean and well maintained. We liked the daily maid service. The beds were a tab bit uncomfortable. I think newer beds are needed.

Beautiful property! Perfect beach and pool setup. Loved the location for coffee shops and restaurants close by. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic Condo

We stayed for ten days in April. Upon arrival, we greeted the managerial staff who were warm and welcoming. The condo was very clean and had all the kitchen essentials we need for our stay. We found the condo to be very comfortable and enjoyed the property. The beach was small due to erosion, however, we still enjoyed the beach. The water was amazing and the sunset every night was such a treat. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend Regal Beach..

Nice property on the beach with two pools.

Two bedroom unit with twin beds and a king. Twin beds were very narrow. King bed was good. Could use a refresh as space is abit dated. Lighting could be improved but otherwise comfortable.

No Beach! Noisy evenings !

Some updates could be made. Bathrooms need updated and better lighting in master bathroom. Kitchen well equipped. Screened in deck was good but too much noise in pool to enjoy in the evening. Very disappointed we could not walk the beach. Ocean right up to retaining walls. Beach further up the island was good. Saw it on bus ride to the turtle centre. Road very busy in front of property. Many restaurants close by but very few with ocean view. Used restaurant at Marriot Hotel next door. Phone in unit does not work. Repair man checked and still not working when we left? Was remodeling of unit below us that was very noisy. Jack hammering one day!

The first 3 days were good - the check-in was easy, the unit was well appointed and clean. However, Sunday evening a note was slipped under the door indicating that the unit below would begin renovations at 8:00 AM the following day...the jackhammering of tile off the floor in the unit below, made it impossible to stay in the unit until after the work was completed each day. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT THROUGH THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2022

Our summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grand Cayman is a magical place. However this rental needs some updating. We arrived with the intention of using the sleeper sofa. We had 5 in our party. Sleeper sofa was broke. They did come up with a solution for us and brought us a small roll away bed for the rest of our stay. Rental wasn't very clean (countertops were dirty when we arrived) and the bathrooms needed renovating. The pictures showing the beach are EXTREMELY misleading. We had no beach for our stay. We did enjoy the pool and neighboring beaches. It was also nice to be walkable to a few great restaurants. Overall it was ok but I would not stay at RBC 221 again.

Multiple restaurants, grocery, liquor store, and shopping all walking distance from condos. Fantastic onsite staff availalble to answer any questions or provide recommendations. Most island tours and dive operators offer to pick up at the condo or next door at the Marriott. Fantastic family trip! Can't wait to book another vacation with them again soon.
