LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION .... livre 'Dunes Edge' et d'ĂȘtre Ă  mi-chemin entre Coligny Circle et Sea Pines Ocean Gate ... La villa dispose de nouveau comptoir de granite, 2 Ă©cran plat TV HD (on est 46 ') et le nouveau revĂȘtement de sol tout au long. Il est une promenade facile Ă  la plage, Ă  proximitĂ© de la piscine, et est trĂšs privĂ©!

Il est rĂ©servĂ© stationnement Ă  la porte d'entrĂ©e de cette villa du troisiĂšme-ligne! Cette unitĂ© de l'Ă©tage, de fin trĂšs privĂ© est si joliment meublĂ© que vous vous sentirez comme Ă  la maison. La cuisine est assez grande, donc si vous aimez cuisiner pendant que vous ĂȘtes Ă  la plage, vous serez impressionnĂ© par la taille et le rendez-vous.

En cinq minutes, vous pouvez marcher Ă  l'un des plus beaux tronçons de la plage sur l'Ăźle. Il est l'endroit oĂč la derniĂšre cage de sauveteur est situĂ© de sorte que vous pouvez joindre Ă  la fĂȘte sur la plage ou profiter de la plage moins frĂ©quentĂ©e ci-dessous notre accĂšs Alder Lane. Nous avons des vĂ©los de plage sur place. Les cĂ©lĂšbres pistes cyclables Hilton Head courent dans les quatre directions de notre villa. Il y a d'excellentes installations publiques que vous entrez dans la zone de promenade et l'accĂšs Ă  la piscine et restaurants "Poolbar Jims", donc vous pouvez rester le jour sans revenir Ă  la villa. Vous pouvez aussi marcher ou Ă  vĂ©lo pour des restaurants et des activitĂ©s Ă  Coligny Circle ou vous pouvez ĂȘtre au Sea Pines Ocean Gate en 5 minutes!

Rainy week in Hilton Head

The condo was great: plenty of space, comfy furniture and beds, quiet neighborhood! Bike trails were awesome, but weather didn’t cooperate. Only short rides between deluges. The sun did come out the last day and we had an awesome day. Will go back and stay there again.

Great Stay!

This home was wonderful for my large family! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen was excellent for cooking our meals. It also was a convenient walk to the beach. Overall, I would return and recommend to others.

Great find! Super communicative owner. Beautifully updated and quaint condo. Family of 5 with three teens, enough seating for all. Definitely would return.

Beautiful place in Hilton Head!

We loved our stay at Donna's property in Hilton Head. She was super communicative and easy to work with. The place was even nicer than in the pictures. The pool was great and the beach was a nice 5-7 minute walk down the lovely shaded pathways throughout the island. Definitely would stay here again!

Hilton Head stay

Very clean property, amenities just as described, kitchen well stocked in case you are missing anything. Extra towels and blankets for us. Bunk beds worked well for the kids. Extra beach supplies were included on the patio which helped a ton. The beach access was an easy walk and had lifeguards and rental chair/umbrella available. Nice pool with the complex. Was a great trip.

Perfect for our family of 4

This was the perfect rental for our family's week at Hilton Head. The unit was clean, uncluttered, and nicely decorated. Our kids loved having easy access to the pool. The location was convenient to Coligny Plaza, the public playground, and Sea Pines. It was an easy walk to the beach, and compared to other units this size, it was very reasonably priced. We will look for this rental again the next time we visit HHI.

Just a hidden little gem!

My husband and I really enjoyed our seamless 12 night stay in G2 at The Dunes. The property is just a little bit “off the beaten path” which made for a very nice quiet & relaxing spot with very easy access to the beach, walking/biking trails, the property pool and church. The condo owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a very positive experience! We look forward to returning!

Spring Break

We had a great time. The host was very helpful prior to our stay. We found one of the best attributes of the property was its location. We rode bikes everywhere and really enjoyed the beach, shops, restaurants and all the other great places.

A Great Find

First time away since pandemic!

This vacation was well needed and a long time coming. My husband and I are avid retired travelers So we chose HHI to get our feet wet and return to action! The property is a well kept upstairs unit that fit us perfectly. It was clean, quiet , cozy and comfortable. The short walk to the beach makes this property an ideal location. The host, Donna, was stellar in communicating with us, as hurricane Ivan decided to show up on the day we were due to leave (go figure). Donna reached out, we made the necessary adjustments and it ALL worked out! She was my calm in the storm. Without a doubt I would stay here again on our next visit. Thank you Donna for making our first visit to your island an enjoyable one.

Everything we needed

Best location and beautiful new upgrades

This was our third stay at this condo, and of course it was amazing. The upgrades were beautiful and well done. We all loved the big newly updated shower. The condo somehow appeared bigger this time, maybe from the new kitchen table and appliances. You can’t cannot beat the location to the beach and Coligney shopping. We will be back again! Thank you for another perfect stay!

Very Pleasant

Everything was clean. Instructions were clear. The property was quiet - only a few others at the pool, and a couple of times, it was just my family. The walk to the beach was short and shaded. We enjoyed our stay!

Best Gem On The Island

What a fantastic place for a family! The unit is clean and very thoughtfully put together. Laundry and dishwasher on site allowing for less luggage and fresh meal prep. Short walk to the beach and a great pool to relax in after dinner.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful time and the property was better than expected. Sparkling clean which is a must for me. Bigger than in the pictures too! Great pool access for the kids. The walk to the beach was more like 10min but also very convenient. The wagon helped us tremendously! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location

Our family had a comfortable stay in this refreshed condo. The location is as good as it gets without being ocean front, only a short walk across the road to the beach. This condo is an upstairs unit with another condo below and one across. Our stay was quiet, but we were the only family in the building. Only downside is tight parking. It is what it is, but very tight for big SUVs. We plan to go back for years to come.

Charlie and I had been visiting Hilton Head Island early in our marriage and fell in love with it. We love that it is so close to Beaufort and Savannah and we love the wide beaches. More than that, we love to ride bikes. It was the right location for our girls from the start....They love to SHOP!!!! The beach is exceptional to top it off.

We love the pool, the proximity to the ocean and the beach access amenities. We love the privacy of our complex and where our villa is in the complex. It is so quiet and peaceful there....when we're there we don't want to leave....
