condo magnifiquement mis à jour avec partielle, panoramique sur l'océan! A l'étage chambre principale a un lit king et d'un mobilier de style île. La cuisine a été mise à jour en 2018, y compris tous les appareils en acier inoxydable. Master bain a douche à l'italienne carrelée, la vanité et dessus en granit. chambre du bas a des meubles de style île avec 2 lits jumeaux. en bas de bain a baignoire / cabine de douche avec la vanité et dessus en granit. Loft a un lit Queen avec plein commode. Canapé du salon est de style île lit Queen. Nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond de feuilles de palmier et bel art Maui partout. Cuisine est bien équipée pour la facilité et de satisfaire ceux qui aiment cuisiner. Lanai a élégante salle à manger ensemble de style bistro pour profiter de la vue. Lanai placard est rempli de chaises de plage inclinables légères mais robustes, boogie boards, glacières et tapis de sable. Les serviettes de plage sont fournis pour votre plaisir sur la belle plage juste en face.

Marche pour Wailea, avec le golf de classe mondiale et des commerces; et de bateau Kihei port, un point de départ pour de nombreux sous-marine, la plongée et l'observation des baleines chartes. Il y a un mélange de gastronomie, décontracté restaurants et bars à proximité. Et si vous souhaitez préparer certains de vos propres repas, il y a une salle à manger confortable pour un maximum de 6 personnes.

III Plage Kamaole (juste en face) est magnifique, propre et l'une des plages les plus sûrs de l'île. Un endroit idéal pour la plongée, le surf de corps et bodyboard. Il est l'un des rares plages de Maui avec un maître-nageur 7 jours / semaine. Marche / course pistes de sentiers en miles de plages supérieures notés, y compris: Keawakapu, Ulua, Wailea, Mokapu, et Kamaole I-II.

This condo was the perfect option for our family of five. The pool was very clean with plenty of chairs. This is a nice quiet complex and always had parking available. It's an easy walk to beach across street. The unit had everything we needed including a new washer dryer, comfortable firmer mattresses and soft bedsheets. Each bedroom had a separate AC unit which was great for our different needs. I especially loved the local artwork all throughout the unit. Our family was very comfortable here and we hope to stay again!

Awesome place for a family

This condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Maui. We loved being so close to the beach, and the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and mats were so helpful. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the place was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

relaxing in Kihei

Had an enjoyable 5 weeks in Kihei. Nice view of the ocean and the abundance of whale sightings while enjoying coffee on the patio. The mornings were quite peaceful until the pickleballers started at 8, would be nice to delay them for an hour. Will be back next year again. Aloha

Condo was good for view of Ocean

Condo itself was just right for visibility of the ocean and typically a quiet part of the complex. Only issue was the fact the elevator was down for the last 10 days and with a handicapped person staying here it made the stairs abit difficult. Looking forward to being here again next year. Tks

Great location. Great apartment

Great location. Beach is right across the property. Restaurants and other shops are within minutes. All guided tour buses have this as their listed pock up spot. Apartment is clean and very well maintained, with multiple individually controlled AC units in each room. Kitchen has all possible utensils and amenities you can imagine. elevator access. Parking is free and convenient. Would highly recommend this place!

Water was leaking in the refrigerator. Cooler was dirty and moldy. Felt rushed to check out because housekeepers were there at 10:40am waiting to start cleaning.

I'm so sorry to learn about this. The office is open 7 days/week and would have been happy to address the issues right away! With Covid, housekeeping is trying to get a jump on cleaning units, and they know many guests leave early. Be that as it may, I'm sorry you felt rushed.

Beautiful condo for Christmas and New Years

We just returned from our 10 day stay for Christmas and New Years and it was absolutely wonderful. With a family of 4 kids the condo was perfect for us! Very clean and had all the necessities that you would need. The beach chairs, mats and umbrellas were a nice touch. We followed the directions in the lanai closet and went to Auntie Snorkel down the street to rent boogie boards and snorkels and they were very affordable and easy to deal with. The air conditioning worked great, but we realized that if you left the windows closed during the day and at sunset opened everything up then it cooled down nicely and we didn't have to use the AC very much. The appliances are all fairly new and worked great. The kitchen was well stocked and with BBQ's on site we used them mostly to cook our food (Costco is the way to go!) The complex is very nice and super friendly people. There are beautiful beaches just across the street. We love the area of south Kihei with lots of great amenities within walking distance, and other amazing beaches within a short drive. Mitch was very easy to deal with and a great and a great host. He replied very quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful. I would recommend his condo rental to anyone!

Overall the unit was in good condition. It would be nice if the pickle ballers used the quiet balls . Pool , barbecue, and grounds are in nice condition. And across the street from a nice beach. Had a good time.

It was a clean, up-dated condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. It is right across the street from the beautiful state beach with snorkeling, boogie boarding and soaking in the warm water. We will stay there again.

Money well spent

The property was clean, spacious, well kept and in ideal location due to the fact that we were able to see whales breaching in the distance from our lanai. Mitch was very quick to respond during a moment while we were trying to check in. This place is remarkable from the inside and out.

Great family place near wonderful beaches!

Had such a great stay! Communication with property manager was very prompt, rental unit is lovely and has everything you need. Within walking distance of family friendly beaches with lots of sea turtles. The property is within walking distance of restaurants/shops. Two nice pools to relax in. From balcony we saw lots of whales and enjoyed sunrises and sunsets!

Really loved our stay. Disappointed that the check in time was not aligned so we had to wait an hour to get into the property which after a 7 hour flight was not the best welcome. But loved the location and the condo.

The condo was perfect for our family! Clean, bright and well stocked.

Mitch was great! Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to COVID and he was very easy to communicate with and helpful. He was was able to help with a refund. Hopefully next time we get a proper visit. Stay safe everyone.

Fantastic choice for a Maui Vacation

This property is lovely, and is completely as-advertised. The condo comes equipped with anything you need and the owner is incredibly responsive and helpful, with wonderful tips about the island and activities. Would absolutely choose this again for the next visit. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. We had a fantastic time.

This condo was originally 2nd home for Uncle John (former California State Senator, John Vasconcellos). John and I arranged to acquire this condo so he would have a place to retreat from the grueling pressures of elective office. He used to spend 2-4 months at Hale Kamaole each year. When he passed away in 2014, I began transforming it so others could, and would want to take advantage of the hospitality here too. Our shared love of the island had very little to do with tourist activities. Although I'd be happy to suggest a wide range of commericial ways to enjoy your stay, I'd really love to introduce you to some of the lesser known, but deeper ways to connect with the magic and restorative power of Maui.

I've been coming to Maui for over 15 years. This home is my favorite place to rest and recharge. And it's served as home base for numerous, delightful family vacations. There's no limit to the adventures waiting here. But just as important, there's a very peaceful, even sacred source of renewal to be tapped into.

This condo is within walking distance to one of the most prominent commercial hubs of the island: Wailea. However, folks who stay at Hale Kamaole are typically more interested in enjoying one another, and the natural beauty of the island.
