Great location!

Mack was a great and very responsive host. The location is so close to the beach and right in between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, so very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Our family will definitely stay here again!

Perfect family beach spot!

My family and I spent our first 30A Florida beach vacation here over Fourth of July. We had plenty of space and it was just steps away from the beach. Very family friendly location. We plan on coming back here next year!

On the beach

Location is fantastic and just steps to the beach. Easy bike rides to Alys and Rosemary, and the beach services are all very prompt and easy to deal with. We only had 4 of us, but can sleep 6 comfortably. Great wifi, which is a big plus in the area especially during Spring Break!

Location location location

The proximity to the beach is perfect. The three flights of stairs to the beach was rough on a couple of our guests but once a day works. Condo is older but everything is nice. Kitchen is tiny if you have a couple of cooks, but is doable. Owner is easy to reach with any questions and/or issues. There was an extra fridge during our stay and really helped us out with our drinks and additional food. Parking is tight so definitely only two vehicles. There is some parking across and down the street but is usually full.

Perfect Location

We had 4 adults and 4 young kids (ages 1-7) stay comfortably. The property was exactly as described. The easy beach access was perfect for toddlers going back and forth, snack breaks, bathroom breaks, etc. The patio was perfect for stashing all our sand toys, beach bags, and towels. We brought bikes, scooters, and a stroller, and our whole group walked or rode to get ice cream from the Hub every day. We’re already discussing staying here again next year! 10/10 would recommend!

Great Place

Clean, well-kept, and updated. Not super fancy but we really don’t want fancy when we’re at the beach. And you are AT THE BEACH...literally. Fantastic location! I have zero complaints and only good things to say about the owner and his communication with me. We will be back!

Great place to stay

This property has all the essentials! The location right next to the public beach access was awesome! Multiple hoses for rinsing off before going inside and a screened back patio help the sand stay where you want it. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking (bring your own spices). Plenty of towels and even tide pods for laundering. Kureg and regular coffee maker available. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen is a little tight so one chef at a time works best. Would stay again :)

Perfect location steps from gorgeous beach

Dolphin Watch was the perfect spot for our family vacation with young kids because it was just steps from both the public and private beach access. No crossing 30A or driving, easy to go out and come back from the beach in two minutes, which is exactly what we needed with 3 toddlers. Layout of condo is great for a trip with kids as well, and the condo had lots of linens, mini toiletries, and kitchen amenities. Perhaps the best part for us was the screened in back porch for sandals and beach toy storage. Laundry room was handy as well. Construction was going on at the adjoining condo during the day but never too early and stopped around 5pm. Quiet and peaceful with the sounds of the ocean. Great stay overall, highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay on the beach without spending a fortune. 5 minute drive to Alys Beach, a few more to Rosemary, and 10 or so minutes to a nice Publix. Great communication from host and easy check-in/out.

Loved it!

Location, location, location! Steps away from the beach and it was perfect. No more packing a wagon and cooler for the day - we were back at the beach house within minutes. Owner is great and we will definitely be back.

Nice convenient stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds could use some updating. But overall we enjoyed our visit. It was clean, and such a close walk to the beach. Which, was perfect with three little ones. Easy check in and check out.

Great place for a casual trip

This house is in a great location, just steps from a public beach access. We were there unknowingly during spring break and it was very busy, but that's ok! House was clean but very basic (this was stated in the listed that we would need our own shampoo, laundry etc. but I just didn't pay attention). Great top deck off the master suite. Only thing I could complain about were the beds and linens could definitely use some updating as well as some spotty wifi issues. All in all it is a great beach house for a casual trip if you are planning on spending most of your time at the beach!

Great access to the beach and towns

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great, stumbled to the beach and could easily enjoy town in Rosemary or The Hub (and beyond) on bikes. The condo had everything we needed (laundry, beach towels, etc) and the view from the upstairs balcony is great.
