Looking for an incredible Lakefront Townhome that is ready to host family or friends in? This is your place! Our recently updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lakefront oasis looks upon beautiful Lake Travis. Every day is a holiday in this lakefront community!

Start your day sipping coffee while overlooking breathtaking views of the lake on one of the two fabulous decks. Take a short stroll down to the water of our quiet cove, cast a line to catch fish, or hop on your kayaks and paddleboards and explore the calm waters of the cove. This house comes with everything you need to feel at home. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a casual dinner to a fine dining, pull-out that Chinaware kind of night. Cook your heart out with all you need at your fingertips! Kiddos and adults alike can lounge and enjoy our three 55-inch Ruko TVs. We have a gas grill in the back for your convenience as well.

Our neighborhood has a ton of fun to offer, including a nine-hole golf course, a clubhouse with live music, bingo, poker nights, food trucks, fitness center, a private gated park with a boat ramp, playground, disc golf, and so much more.

Don’t feel like cooking? Go enjoy a meal and feed the fish at Captain Pete’s floating restaurant right around the corner at the Point Venture marina.

If you want to go boating and aren’t bringing your own boat Lago Vista and Point Venture have local watercraft rentals available. Captained and un-captained are both an option. We are a golf cart community as well and golf carts are available to rent. There are also kayaks and paddle boards in the area to rent.

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were very comfortable, and the neighborhood is always great. We especially loved seeing the deer right off the back porch in the mornings and evenings. The view of the lake was amazing, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was smooth, relaxing, and exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Getaway

Highly recommend!The location and host were wonderful. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, had a beautiful view, comfy beds and everything you need, especially in the kitchen. Deer come right up to the backyard and let you feed them if you desire. The kids loved this!There was a fun park for the kids and beach area. And one of the few spots on Lake Travis where you can launch a boat! Would highly recommend and look forward to renting again.

Beautiful home & Great Location

We rented this home to visit family in the area. It was a great location. The lake is right outside the back. Bits beautiful to wake up have coffee on the back porch. The beds were comfortable and clean. There is lots of room for everyone. We will def rent this home again.

Great condo and location

We had a great time. The condo is in a great neighborhood with a pool, 9 hole golf course, park, boat rentals, a sandy beach area and a restaurant. It’s a golf cart community so renting a golf cart is a fun way to get around and explore too. Deer come right up to the patio and are wandering the property. The condo was clean and comfy. Views were same as shown. Property manager and owner were easy to communicate with.

A great place to relax

The area was quiet and relaxed. The views were outstanding both during day and night. The home was comfortable and well appointed. Did not expect the ice maker to work!!! That was great. Stores were not far away from area. This is were I will return.

Perfect Lake Travis Getaway

We swam in the community pool, played tennis, walked and road our electric scooters all over the beautiful neighborhood. The sandbar park is fantastic. We brought paddle boards and had a great time on the lake. Each room of the townhouse was spacious with comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. The view from the decks is spectacular. I’ve never seen so many deer congregate in one place. This property was exactly what a visit to Lake Travis calls for.

Loved every minute of it

This Villa is exactly as described. Pefect for a family vacation. Everything worked as expected and it was just as described. The deer ACTUALLY come right to the backsteps. The children were ecstatic. Highly recommend bringing a Golf Kart or a Side-by-Side for the beach (Park). We hauled our Polaris Ranger and parked the trailer in the central grass area in front of the Villa. We will definitely be back to Point Venture for 4th of July. Great Quality stay all around.

Beautiful Property!

Its a relaxing cozy property to come and relax. Higley recommend if you want to come and relax. We loved how it had everything for us to cook and it also had a grill. Very clean, we will definitely be coming back soon.

2nd Visit as good as the first

Found the house the same as the first time visit. We know the house better and how it operates. What would make this house really good would be a golf cart for 4 to move around the area for senior visitors.

Very nice cottage near lake Travis for rent

Very nice and cozy. We were disappointed with the water level of the Colorado river but the pool was great. We had a pontoon for 1/2 day very nice but very pricy.

Beautiful Weekend Get a way

Family Reunion/50th Wedding Anniversary

This property was amazing! Deer, Fishing, and an Amazing and Beautiful view! Maureen and JT were amazing, responsive and went above and beyond with our emergency needs. When my wife had to make an emergency trip to the ER Maureen and JT immediately responded for assistance. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone! Thank you for making it such a wonderful vacation for me and my family!

Wonderful Stay at Point Venture

This was a wonderful property. The location in Point Venture was perfect for our needs. The home itself is spotlessly clean, has every amenity you could need, and Maureen is an excellent host. My family had a terrific stay and will definitely be back.

Hidden Gem for Nature Lovers

If you love the nature you will love this place. It was a great feeling to wake up in the morning with coffee going out the balcony with a view of the lake and deer walking by and/or approaching you. The rental was very clean and spacious. Beds and pillows are big and comfortable. Is very well stocked with cookware. The community pool is nearby and pretty big. You can catch beautiful sunsets. Property manager is nice and informative. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely come back.

Just Beautiful And So Relaxed!

Everything was Great! From sleep, views, and wildlife. We rented a boat on Lake Travis and enjoyed the water and came home enjoyed some outside grilling! Perfect for a Mother’s Day Weekend! 💗🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾

Amazing Family Vacation

I booked this unit for a family reunion trip, not being too familiar with the area. And I'm so pleased that this townhome was absolutely perfect for our stay. The views are breathtaking -- water views in nearly every room and the lake is only a short distance away, totally walkable and perfect for a sunrise or sunset walk. The amenities are amazing, from the furniture to the kitchen amenities, to the outdoor accessories. My mother stayed in the downstairs bedroom which was more private and she didn't have to take the stairs up. The kids loved the two queen beds upstairs and enjoyed the awesome deck that's right off their room (and right off the other bedroom next to it, too). The unit is extremely clean and in great shape. It truly felt like a vacation and we enjoyed every day of our stay. The added bonus is watching all of the deer that are all around the property. We drove down to the clubhouse daily to use the gym (a great gym!) and encountered so many deer, and couldn't stop taking photos. It's a short half hour from Cedar Park, which is where we stocked up on groceries, and part of the drive passes around the lake, which is just amazing to view. Highly recommend this stay to others and will keep this unit on our list for when we visit the area again.
