Rez de chaussée d'une maison 2 étages - 2 chambres, plus bureau / chambre à coucher, 1 salle de bain, 6 couchages: La chambre principale a un lit queen size. La deuxiÚme chambre a un grand lit, zone de l'Office a un lit en taille réelle. Climatisation centrale, linge de lit, tous les appareils, y compris lave-vaisselle et lave-linge / sÚche-linge, 50 pouces TV.

Lovely stay

The property is clean and it great working order with everything you need for your stay. Aceess to Smith Point Beach is easy we fished and had time in the sun while visiting with family and friends. The owners are kind, accommodating and easy to communicate with.

What a great place. Dennis was great to work with, space was as described and kitchen was fully stocked. Short walk from an amazing beach kids had a blast fishing.

Parents weekend USMMA

Could not have asked for a better place to get our MIdshipmen away from the USMMA . But still be close enough for visits to the Accademy. House and location are great. Would visit again.

Wow!!

What a wonderful visit on the water. Dennis and Maria are super gracious, generous and welcoming. The place is spotless, so pretty and super quiet. I found it also a terrific place to both work and relax. Definitely recommend!!

Family/Beach Visit

This place was perfect! Nicely appointed and clean and comfortable for my family of 4 and our pup. We enjoyed the deck and walks around the quiet neighborhood. Dennis and Maria are great hosts. Kitchen had everything we could want or need! The beach is just over the bridge and you can easily get to the ocean. Hope to go back and stay there and spend more time at the beach. The back deck is so relaxing beautiful views!

We had a great time at the Smith Point home for a long weekend. Dennis was a great host and made the transaction easy and friendly. Access to the beach was easy. Walk, bike or drive if you have a lot to carry. Only a mile away. Thanks Dennis!

All the mattresses only had an old thin sheet on them, no mattress pad cover. Linens were old & over used. House smelled like smoke. Easy drive to beach & owner was nice & available when we needed. Otherwise, house was as pictured

Großartige Basis fĂŒr Strandurlaub

GroßzĂŒgiges Haus mit toller Terrasse am Wasser! Da die EigentĂŒmer selbst in dem Haus leben, wenn es nicht vermietet ist, ist vor allem die KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter wohnen dann im Dachgeschoss. Sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist in der Gegend eine RaritĂ€t, in FußgĂ€ngerentfernung zum Strand zu sein, der traumhafte Sandstrand ist in gut 15 Min zu erreichen. Dem Ort fehlt leider ein kleines Zentrum mit netten CafĂ©s, dazu muss man in die Hamptons fahren. Danke fĂŒr eine wunderschöne Woche!

We live in Virginia and family live in NYC. This was an excellent location to have the family get together for a weekend. Close to the beach, on the water in the back, wonderful amenities. The kitchen was the envy of everyone who came and we enjoyed several family meals both inside and on the back deck. Dennis and Maria were both great hosts too. I’m sure everyone who came will have great memories of the event.

Magical Mastic

This was a very clean and well equipped rental, besides being in a in an amazing location. We were able to paddleboard and also enjoyed the beach immensely. We could walk to the beach and Smith point is truly one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and I have been to many. The rental had beach equipment and anything we needed in the kitchen .

Wonderful!

We loved this wonderful Mastic Beach home! It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful, well stocked, modern kitchen. We had everything we needed for our stay, Plus more! The screened-in porch and deck overlooking the bay was exquisite. We enjoyed the nearby beach with beach chairs that are provided at the rental. The owner, Dennis, is a great host, helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!!

Smith point beach trip

We loved Dennis’ and Maria’s house! 1/2 mile from beautiful beach and park with nice bathrooms, snack shack bar and live music at night! The house is very clean and a wonderful kitchen with anything you could possibly need! We loved the deck that looked over the water and plenty of nice outdoor furniture! AC was great on the 90 degree days for sure! We enjoyed the large tv in the living room with all services you would want. If you are looking for a beach vacation this is the place!
