There was a couple of small things the first couple of days like smoke a detector beeping that needed batteries, temperature not comfortable but was rectified after asking for it to be unlocked after a couple of times and pool heat not working on the second day. None of this bothered me for these things happen. I was given contact numbers if we needed anything and the host seemed very good to deal with, was I ever wrong! On the third day I reached out regarding the pool heat not working again and asked if this could be looked after for we really wanted to use the pool. The host was very unprofessional and texted me that there is nothing wrong and I should not have taken people away from their families on a Sunday and very sarcastic . I was so disappointed to hear a response like this and there was an issue but she stated it was my fault having to call someone out to look at it and nothing was wrong. Upon leaving we removed the bedsheets as requested for cleaning and noticed a huge yellow stain on one of the mattresses, another disappointment that I would not have expected. I would not usually leave a negative review but feel future customers deserve better or hopefully the host treat guests with professionalism. Thanks
